Sapa Elegance Hotel

the price was excellent! it is enough for us especially we only stay at the hotel just to sleep. budget-friendly. it is one of the cheapest hotel we got and it also beside a great authentic Vietnamese restaurant

None. I loved it. The price was just great. You get what you pay for.

Nice staff and gave us what we needed. Provided toiletries and the room was comfortable.

We loved the breakfast, and the location is quiet—far from the busy areas but still located in the center of Sapa. The room was also spacious and had plenty of toiletries, more than I expected.

The room felt quite cold, as cold air seemed to enter, likely due to insufficient insulation or gaps around the windows or doors.

Near the Sun Plaza and Sapa stone church. There is a restaurant with discount if hotel guest. There is a convenience store. The rooms are large and clean with new towels and water, coffee and tea everyday. The staff are friendly and helpful. They let us store our luggages before check in and after check out.

Very clean spacious rooms. Nice view and a comfortable location.

Great View. Friendly Staff . Spacious room. Easy access. Delicious Breakfast. Hospitality.

Wonder people and services great views big rooms and clean

There was absolutely nothing we did not like . Great hotel

Amazing staff that allowed us to check out later than anticipated time! They were extremely accommodating and helped us have a great time in Sapa! It’s an added bonus that there is heater in the toilet too. One of my most comfortable shower ? highly recommended!!

I recently stayed at Elegance Hotel Sapa and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and extremely helpful, making check-in quick and smooth.Early checked in was priceless. Came 5am and checked in 7am without any charge. Special thank to Andy the receptionist so helpful and polite. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—plush bedding, modern amenities, and a fantastic view. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with a welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated the around the area highlights, like restaurant, gym, spa,, which added so much value to the experience. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location-wise, it's perfectly situated—close to Sapa Train Station yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest.Overall, this was a five-star experience from start to finish. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next visit!

Location is prime. The staff were all wonderful, gave us great recommendations. Breakfast was really good, and you can order what you like. Special shout out to Trinh who was very helpful from carrying our bags to serving our breakfast. He deserves a 10!

Bed creeks a bit but it’s minor.

The location was very close to everything. Good view from our room. Manager was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Greatvstaff. Very friendly and helpful.Coffee is plentiful and the breakfast was very tasty. Our room had a nice view of the city.

Rooms are big, the bed is good, good shower, perfect location next to Sun Plaza and 5’ away from all bars and restaurants

Very weak wifi, breakfast is very basic not even fruit and it’s freezing cold there, staff is very absent

Reception lady was very helpful for me when I after hiking my clothes and shoes with mud big dirty She took them go laundry and done after 4 hours very fast I have clean shoes.Thank you so much

Everything, staff, people and the location, all top notch, good service and they were so nice to us, try to accomodate as much as possible while we waiting for our bus to hanoi though we already check out..

Nothing, jusy the faucet water pressure in our room bit too strong but u can always let them know.. we forget to tell them so..

The property is well situated to the Sapa centre. The Tourist Information Centre & Cable Car / train station are just at the bottom of the hill. The rooms were comfortable & provided all ammenities as promised. The staff are so friendly & supportive.

The dining room was a bit chilly each morning ( January) & it would’ve been nice to have the fireplace alight & warning the area.

The room I booked was beyond my imagination, it was super big. There are also many local restaurants near the hotel. The hotel owner is super nice. She also introduced many attractions and local restaurants. She also helped me a lot and helped me find the bus back to Hanoi. If you want to go to Sun Plaza, it only takes a few minutes by walk. Next time I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location 5 minutes walk to town. Rooms basic but clean. Great veiw. Staff brilliant. Helped us when our transport to Hanoi forgot to pick us up. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely stay here again.

Shower. Either scaldingly hot , freezing cold (no in between) or no pressure.
