- I love how the location is walking distance to everything we need to go, Moana, Stone Church, Sunworld Fansipan Station, night market and restaurants. We also highly appreciated that Ethan, one of the hotel staff, is good in english and very accommodating. He suggest good restaurants and places to go, even how we are going to go there.
- An excellent stay in a fantastic location. The area is very walkable and easily accessible for navigating the town. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet - perfect for a restful night. Staff were exceptional, providing prompt and friendly service for all my needs. Highly recommended!
Cons -
- Everything. So dirty. No window in room. Left a day early and went to another hotel
- It’s a bit weird that this is inside a massage store.when we have done a late check-in there’s was no one to open the door for usso we done this by ourselves with instruction on WhatsApp. It was not appropriate. But we cool with that. After we complained about not having hot water we told the stuff about the problem and the owner just shouted at us because he think that we abuse the staff member. The lady was so nice to us with smile and give us a great feeling and good hospitality. But the big problem.. is the owner. The owner was so rode to us because we told him that we didn’t have hot water. The staff member told this and he thought that we gonna put a bad review about that. And the owner grab her by force and yell at herThat because he think she lied to himThere’s no reason to do that and not respect him, the place, the staff member and of course - us!After all that we ask for refund because of thatAnd we didn’t get a refund for not having a hot water, disgusting and disrespectful behavior. And we gave a huge tip for the lady that got Into shit situation. We feel sorry for her, hope she is ok
- The rooms are located above a massage place and the building is a bit old. My room has a window showing the common staircase so had to shut curtains for privacy. The bedsheets look old and there was a spoon left uncleaned.

It was very clean, accessible and was located at the middle of everything. The owner was also very considerate as we had to extend our stay due to the typhoon. We were picked up from the airport as well and even brought back when we decided to fly home.
A humble place near the Sapa Center. A walking distance to lots of attractions, restaurants and shops. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the facilities are great from the cheap price. The desk people are kind and friendly.

My room was large and comfortable, with a/c, kettle, wet bar and private bathroom. Wi-Fi was great. The lady at reception was really wonderful, very chatty and involved with guests.
My room was large, the bathroom also, I had a/c, a kettle and mini bar and a comfortable bed.
Rooms are big and modern, beds are very comfortable.Shower was great with high pressure hot water.Owner is very nice, helped us with tickets to attractions, kept our luggage and let us stay after check out while we waited for our transport.Location is good next to many shops and restaurants.Overall for the price it is excellent.
Our room’s window was looking in to the stairs and not outside.
Great instructions from the manager, especially as we arrived late. Also the location was good and the bed was comfortable
The host was super nice. He helped us with everything we needed (hike trip, bus back to Hanoi etc.). It is located near centre, so you can get everywhere in short time. We highly recommend.
The room was quiet and comfortable and I had a couple of really good nights sleep. It is at the bottom of Sapa with really easy access to views of rice fields and walks towards Lao Chai. The host is very helpful and accommodating. He doesn’t push things on you, but will do what he can to help. He also stored my bag for a couple of nights when I went to a home stay.
Tv with Netflix and YouTubeGood bathroom facilities Eric was fantastic, super helpful with booking buses
The owner was very helpful and available at all times. The room was of good quality and everything you needed was there and everything was in walking distance as well. However it was quite cold in Sapa when I stayed there and the room was not too well insulated so it would get a bit chilly at times, also because I couldn't sleep with the sound of the AC. But if you don't mind the sound of the AC I suppose this is less of a problem. While you can tell that some rooms don't have windows by the pictures there wasn't a note saying that on the booking site so make sure to look at the pictures if that is important for you.Overall a great Hotel that can be recommended.
I arrived by bicycle to the hotel, and even though the host first suggested I parked it outside, he was fine with accommodating my request and letting me have it indoors for the night. We put it in the corridor on my floor. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The rooms have a kettle as well as some water and instant coffee. Wifi worked well. Overall, a good place to stay when visiting the area.
Some things look like they could do with some maintenance but generally, it’s a very pleasant hotel in the centre of Sa Pa. The ground floor has a massage room which was a little confusing upon arrival! The beds a super comfy but I found the pillows quite thick/hard. Though that’s totally a matter of taste.
Great location for the beautiful town of Sapa, very easy to find. Staff members were ever so helpful too!
Very friendly and helpful manager and staff. Very fast in organising tours an busses.
No separate shower in my room, so the bath was getting totally wet when taking a shower. Due to the fact that my room had no window, the bathroom never became dry. The floor in my room was not very clean. Maybe in larger rooms the situation is different.
We had an amazing time in Sapa, and our host made it even more special! They were incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. They helped us rent a good motorbike, managed tickets to Fansipan Legend (which I highly recommend), booked a tour with local people, and even arranged our bus to the next destination – all at great prices. The accommodation itself was excellent. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. As long-term travelers, constantly moving from place to place can be exhausting, but our time in Sapa was truly enjoyable thanks to the hospitality we received. We are very grateful and would highly recommend staying here!
Nice and clean hotel, the room was spacious and well decorated. The owner was lovely, so friendly and welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!
Comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, and great location. Also the manager is super helpful and was available at all times to assist with everything related to the stay, including helping to book tours and bus tickets onward.
