Tiger Sapa Hotel

Our room was clean, had a table to sit at(to drink our morning coffee or play cards), and a fantastic view of the mountains. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the family that owns it- they were so friendly and helpful! They even gave us a snack bag for our bus trip back to Hanoi. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing- was amazing

Located in the heart of Sapa. The owner, Mai & her wonderful family with their staff especially Ding were very hospitable, accommodating, kind, informative & proactive. It was dark, raining & very cold when we got there but we are welcomed by the warmth’s of the whole staff. This is not just a hotel for me, but once you stay here, it feels like home. I loved that Mai as an owner were very hands on. We’ll surely choose to stay here again and hopefully longer... For now, Thank You for the way you made us feel @Tiger Sapa Hotel! Until we meet again!

I really love stay in Tiger Sapa Hotel. Its located in the central and strategic. The owner really nice. They welcome us with hot tea and smile. When they know we would go to Fansipan, they showed us some updated photo and video of fansipan summit so we knew earlier about the weather up there. They informed us about what activity we can do in Sapa. Last but not least, when we checked out they gave us some snacks (water, banana, chocolate, and biscuit) as a gift. Small gesture but really matters. High recommended!

The staff were super friendly. I would say that was the biggest plus for this hotel and it was very clean.

It's a bit dated and they don't serve breakfast. My advice would be to have a list of breakfast suggestions nearby for their customers. We spent 30 minutes wandering around looking for someplace to have breakfast.

The view is great right outside the balcony, rooms are spacious and clean. It also is in a great location

The room is well stocked with slippers, fridge, electric kettle, even body scale! Dinh and the girls who work at the hotel and spa are friendly and provide excellent customer service. Dinh have good recommendations for places to visit around Sapa, she booked us tickets to Fansipan, and even look after our luggage while we were out since we arrived way before our check in time. She gave us thoughtful gifts of snack and water to take for our journey back to Lao Cai and helped us communicate with our driver.

The staff were very helpful, nice, accommodating, and kind. The view from our room was very picturesque.

Some furniture was a bit old with marks such as the coffee table then batteries of Tv was not working but they were able to fix it. We were jn the top floor, so my senior parents had to walk up stairs. Although luggages were helped by the staff.

Great view of the mountains. Location near downtown but quite Also great stuff. The receptionist was hospitable and friendly. Told about the place and activities around.

The staff here was superr nice. Made sure we were comfortable the whole stay. It was a great location too. Walking distance to many good restaurants and Sapa Station and Convection Center.

Excellent value for money.This is a small hotel located in a quiet area of the city center a short distance from everything.We had a quiet room with a beautiful view on the mountains.The room was clean and the bed is comfortable.The staff was friendly, happy and positive ! We have booked all our excursions with them so everything went smoothly. I also enjoyed a nice massage at the hotel.Thank you for your warm welcoming!

The best part about our stay in Tiger Sapa Hotel was how friendly and welcoming the staff were - attending to our every need. The views from our room were also a plus. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends. On our departure they prepared us a bag of water and treats for our journey, which was a really nice touch.

I found the accommodation to be expensive for what you get. They said they could accommodate a 2am check in however we’re not awake when I arrived. It was quite u comfortable to wake them up to get into my room. It was quite the production. The room was fine. It was clean but that’s about it.

It was comfortable to rest after a long hiking day. The room had also great view. Pang and the rest of the stuff members were very helpful and friendly ?

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Besides the great location and amazing view , this lovely family made our stay in Sapa great. They helped us with anything, recommended tours , and even let us wait for our late night bus at the lobby. They make great tea, and gave us water and some sweets for the night bus.So if you stay in Sapa definitely give this hotel a chance!

We were a group of 3 and we loved our stay here. The hotel is well located in Sa Pa town, it has lovely clean rooms, comfy beds & a very nice shower. The hosts were so kind - they helped us with taxis and to arrange a bus transfer back to Hanoi. We definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you!
