    Pros +

    • I loved the bedding and mattress. Made me feel like I was in my own bed. The room was spacious and had a nice hot shower. It was nice having good internet and heating since it was quite cool.
    • We had a wonderful stay from LeBoutique Sapa Hotel. Special thanks to Suo because she is kind and helpful with our needs.
    • Nice decoration in the hotel ?Noodle soup for breakfast is the perfect way to start the day ?The staff was very helpful, giving us all information we needed and helped us book the cable car trip to Fansipan ??️

    Cons -

    • Bidet was broken upon arrival. They fixed it when I reported it though. Internet could be improved. My data was enough but if I didnt have it, then that would have been a disaster.
    • The staff does not understand English you need to mention 7 times that you want a coffee for them to bring you smth close to a coffee (it is the same work in Vietnamese)! The breakfast is very fair and not worth paying. You tell them that your room has a view for them to provide you the correct room.
    • The hot water wasn’t working in the room that I was initially given. The staff switched me to a different room that didn’t have that issue.

The property was a short walk from the center of Sa Pa. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I’d stay here again.

Super good value for money, nice receptionist. They helped us to get into our room, even though we arrived pretty late.

    Nothing to mention

    Relatively good value for price

Long story short: if you're coming to Sa Pa for trekking and just need an affordable place to sleep for a night or two, this hotel is fine. But if you're looking for peace and comfort for a longer stay, I believe there are much better options available.Location: Although it's far from the city center, the neighborhood is not nearly as quiet as expected. Be prepared for barking dogs, motorbikes, and ongoing construction noiseFacilities: It’s the typical 'things were better in the old days' situation — broken wooden floors, chipped tiles, missing curtains, stained walls... The Wi-Fi in the room was so hopelessly slow that I had to go to the lobby whenever I needed to work on my laptop.Other tips: It's better to prepare the exact amount of cash for your stay. Although the hotel only accepts cash, it seems that they often don't have enough change. The receiption may say 'we will give you the change later,' but in my experience, you won't get it unless you specifically ask for it afterwards."

-Staff was extremely helpful in calling cabs and providing information about the area- Breakfast was pretty good- Location is very calm and quiet at night- Nice view from the balcony- Spacious room

    - Not all electronics were functional in the room (lamps, TV)- No elevator

Cute and lovely decorated house , a little bit out from the center but easily walking distance (I guess it took 10 min walk from the Stone Church) Both ladies at the reception are nice and helpful.

I expected balcony overlooking the mountain but ours was facing another house. But at least the window was facing the mountain.Don't expect too much from the breakfast sandwich.

My room had a really beautiful view of the mountains surrounding town, and was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location sis very good, just a tiny bit outside the busiest part of the town, very walkable to everything, and quiet at night, not my favourite for walking alone.

Breakfast was fine but not outstanding. And this isn't a dealbreaker for me, but be forewarned there is no elevator.

About a five minute walk from the center of the city, away from the hustle and bustle you will find this gem of a hotel. The owner obviously put a lot of thought into the decor and furnishings to give it a warm and inviting feeling. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water in the shower. The hostess and staff are genuinely friendly, always smiling and able to communicate with the guests in English. We had a wonderful stay for a very affordable price.

Lovely balconies. Good simple breakfast. Walking distance to bars and restaurants (and funicular)!

    Passable

I booked this hotel last minute. When I arrived they told me that they didn’t have any room available and that they could offer me a room in a different hotel. I was a bit reticent but the receptionist told me that the rooms were exactly the same and it wasn’t far neither from the centre. It was also nice of her that she booked a mopped to take me there but when I arrived the other hotel “Sapa Heaven House” it was pretty far from the centre in a very isolated area. Aside of this, the room was OK.

    7KennethPosted on: 4-24-2025

Nicely decorated room and decorAlright location for usOk breakfast.

You will hear every possible sound in this room, even at the 4th floor. The roosters are relentless and the trucks sounds like they are driving inside your room. The staff here felt less cheerfull and attentive than at our other stays. A lot of old spots on towels/sheets.
