DeLaSol Sapa - Central Boutique Hotel

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised to be offered tea.

The room was cold as it was located under the ground without window therefore may be was cold. The breakfast was served cold and could have been better.

They have unnecessary charged for coffee in the room and laundry bags which is surprising given that these are usually free

The staff respond quickly and are very friendly. The room is clean the bed so comfy. The location is excellent—very close to a supermarket, cafés, and restaurants. Great value for money

Room and bathroom size were excellent. Super big bed for comfy TV nights. Staff were attentive. They gave us a lovely mountain view room upon request. The view would have been great but it was very cloudy weather whilst we were there. They brought us a floor heater which was a life saver in the cooler weather. Near to bars and restaurants

Breakfast needs serious improvement, so little was edible. Tea and coffee were lukewarm. When the weather is cold, please close the main door and light that lovely fire!

The location was great. Easy to walk anywhere. Phenomenal mountain view from our room. Amazing staff. The breakfast was wonderful! They had a wide selection of vietnamese and other Asian breakfast items as well as european and American choices. They had a wonder omelet station, vegan options, pho station, pastries, hot and cold beverages. The were extremely attentive. Mau hang and lang were always ready to assist. The front desk staff were awesome too! Many thanks to Mai Anh, Thu, and Hoang for taking care of all of our needs!

* Our room is located in Level 3 & on the end of the building therefore we have emergency stair in front of our balcony so the view is destructed. FYI the Lobby is located on Level 5.* The road where the hotel located in one way direction. Better to stop nearby the hotel if you catch a taxi to avoid longer route.

Everything was great except that the food order was mixed up during dinner..

Ordered salmon during dinner and got beef instead. You are better off eating dinner somewhere else.

The location is very convenient very close to the city center, sun plaza, a mini mart, restaurant, coffee shop, and bar. The room was great exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, and great views. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were good as well. The staff and the owner were really great and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, will definitely stay here again when we go back to Sapa.

The air conditioning unit in our room wasn’t functioning properly. The room was cold enough but if like us you like the room really cold it was not enough. We informed the staff and they said they would fix it for next time.

It was a cozy and the staffs are accommodating and friendly. The location is just a few minutes walk from Moana, Sun Plaza, and there are a lot of stores and restaurants around the area. We were also able to leave our luggage on the day of our check out to go around Sapa as we wait for our bus back to hanoi in the afternoon. Will definitely stay here again when I come back in Sapa.

It took a while for the staff to deliver a few drinks we ordered but overall it was a good place.

I love its location! It’s close to town and shops nearby. Plus it has a wonderful mountain view. The room was clean and the staff were super nice!

It had a room available and the view from the restaurant was cool. Also the staff was nice.

This was not worth the money. The price I paid for a dirty room, a smoke detector that would not stop flashing lights all night, and a very uncomfy bed (reference the fact I only sleep in hostels while travelling) and this was the worse bed i have probably ever slept on. Also i got this place at a mega discount because I booked it the day of, I wouldn’t even pay half of what I payed, let alone 67% more (the discount percentage) Genuinely such a disappoint. Also there wasn’t a window in the room which is fine but like super off putting. Also paid for the breakfast buffet and bit into the sausage and mini pancakes and they were both cold. Also I checked under the bed to make sure I had all my stuff before I left and it was not only disgusting, but there were random items that have just been swept under there instead of being cleaned or vacuumed. Just genuinely I wanted a break and to spend some money on a hotel and i’m so disappointed. I would not recommend. Also this is the only bad review I have ever left in my life because I always feel too guilty to ever say something negative, but it was just that frustrating to stay here.

The view from the balcony was superb, the size of the room also very sufficient, it’s a big room, the staff speak good english and their service also excellent

The breakfast: not many options and it taste basic

Hotel 4 nights stays was comfortable. Location was good with many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. A short walking distance to SunPlaza. Hotel lobby cafe where breakfast was served in the morning comes with a mountain view, excellent scenery.

After we extended another day.. we went out.. then received call from the hotel saying that they gonna move our things to smaller room due to overlooked the booking and claimed that the room is booked.. how can they say that they wants to move our things when we are not there in person.. I will never go back again

Spacious and clean room. Very big balcony/terrace. Nice mountain view.Breakfast ok, however not a lot of western choices. The set up of the restaurant is a bit awkward because of long tables only where you have to squeeze in with others.

The staffs are very helpful. The location is near the downtown so it was comfortable.

Good that breakfast was included. Also the hotel is in a good location close to the main plaza.

We booked a standard room. It was literally a white box with no windows. It felt very enclosed. We paid over $100 New Zealand dollars so I expected something nicer for that price.

Fairly new hotel with modern deco. A good variety of breakfast buffet. The best part, really hot shower with good pressure on winter's day. Equipped with Heating Mode conditioning

the walls in the room were covered with something. the staff speaks very little English, if you want to be understood - use a translator. the kitchen is poor in dishes, coffee from a thermos, no coffee machine. there is a small partition in the shower, but after use - expect the entire shower room to be in water. at night you can hear water pouring through the sewer pipes from the room. on the day of check-out they called us in the room and said that we had to check out at 8:00, although it was stated that check-out was until 12:00 (the problem was solved). after checking the room during check-out - the staff said that they could not find the slippers, we had to go back to the room and show them where we left them.
