Don’t be fooled by the exterior! Rooms that we stayed in were very spacious and very comfortable. Super value for the price! The staff were all very helpful and friendly - special shout out to Viet and Nan for the exceptional service, made our stay very pleasant (PS pay raise for them please!!) Will definitely come back again if i’m back in Sapa :)

The beds were so comfortable! And the staff were lovely. Its also in a great location, the walk to the main town is only 5 minutes up the road, and there are also great restaurants near by.

Clean, air-conditioner had a heating function which was appreciated. Could leave our luggage and use the washroom prior to check in (but this is standard practice in Vietnam).
Hot water runs out every few minutes so it was stressful trying to take a shower. The springs in the beds feel worn and uncomfortable. No view, balcony couldn't be used at all due to the extremely foggy weather (not the hotel's fault but should've been factored in in their prices). Staff not particularly interested in helping with anything. No early check in or late check out was allowed without paying an extra 50-75% of the price - we asked to check out an hour later and were still told we had to pay 50% of the room rate. Slightly disappointing given that it was very low season in Sapa and practically every hotel was empty. Tip: we ended up booking another place close to the bus station by asking the owner there for a discounted rate (200,000 vnd for 4!) for use of a room till 10pm, which was basic but had very hot showers.

The mountain view from the balcony is just so amazing. You will not get sick of it. Book a room that comes with mountain view. You will not regret it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Always try their best to help me during my stay.

I got the family suite because it definitely has the best mountain/valley view from this hotel. I was fortunate to be also given the highest floor. The hotel manager was very helpful with all requests and the location is a short walk from the start of the trek to the hillside villages.
Only complaint is that you have visitors at night, it’s inevitable as it is located close to the mountain. Yes, some of the bugs will visit your room!
The staff was really nice and helpful and they let us check in way earlier than the established time, which was great since we were coming from spending the night in a bus.

Cleaning needs to be improved - we had ball of hair left in our shower. Little further out from town but we found it walkable but be aware it’s very hilly.
The view from our room was fantastic. Viet was extremely helpful and friendly he arranged bike rental for us and had laundry done.
Windows of the room were left open before we checked in so there were lots of insects in the room.
Location is nice, near the Church and center of Sapa. Excellent view and excellent staff.
Pillow is too old. Blanket is warm but not fixed after each night.

Location was good. Just outside the center so it's quieter but still close enough that you can easily walk around. Great view from my window. Beds on the firmer side, but not hard which was perfect for me. Staff was great. Answered all my questions and helped me rent a motorbike.
