The location is great, with nice views of the mountain and the city. Very close to the action in Sa Pa. The kindness of the staff, especially at the reception made the stay extra special. Thanks to Moon and the rest of the reception staff ?

Super helpful staff. Helped organise washing at normal market price. No rip-off price.We arrived before 6am and hotel staff accommodated us without extra charge.We also had a very late checkout (10pm) hotel staff offered us luggage storage, shower facility and resting room if we wanted to. All of it free of charge.

the staff and especially Moon were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. Moon assists in every issue early check in when we arrived in 6:00 AM from Hanoi, organise a tour and was kind for all quesstions we asked/

The hotel is located well. On a hill down to the Sapa center. The rooms are big and the staff is friendly. You even get offered a free foot bath.

The room was very dirty. When we moved the bed a bit, there was so much trash underneath. The bathroom has mould. Also an alarm goes off when you do not properly close the door. So on our floor many people did that at night so we woke up multiple times.

Lovely hotel at a good location, just about 10 minutes walk to Sun Plaza. My family stayed there for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff are very helpful and the lady from the reception helped us buy the tickets for Fancipan. My special thanks go to Mr. Neil who helped me along with the bus tickets and airport transfers at very reasonable prices for both Hanoi and Sapa. Fully recommand this Sapa Passion Hotel and love to come again .

Hotel had great views.room was large and clean.

hotel was at the top of a large slippery hill, which was not stated in the hotels literature.staff were NOT knowledgable about the area.Breakfast didnt cater for western diet.

Hotel is close to city center.

There is an unpleasant odor in the rooms, reception area, and breakfast location. The breakfast is quite basic and lacks sophistication The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable.Rooms are overpriced compared to what you are getting..

Close to the centre. You don’t need to be closer. The woman who speaks English gives great recommendations and will help you out

Breakfast is Vietnamese. If you’re vegetarian you’ll struggle. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English the hotel, rooms and breakfast room were very very cold and the pool was empty. I felt very deceived considering the price. I also had bugs in my room so I had to change. Bad luck maybe

The hotel provides breakfast to all of us (5 pax) without extra charges for kids. Hang (the front desk staff) is very friendly with a lot of suggestions. The hotel has its own laundry service at 60 VND / kg but she suggested us to opt for a cheaper laundry service just around the corner, which we are very happy and satisfied with! Our room were done everyday with changing of towels & drinking water refilled. Hang can easily arrange our transportation to places that we wish to go.The hotel building is on its own, located at slightly on the hill just nearby to the SAPA lake and require you to walk up a bit. Hence, the view is superb!

other than their card machine malfunction which require me to pay by cash, there is NOTHING that i don't like about the hotel :)

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Go extra mile to ensure you are happy. Both Mr. Neil and Ms. Hang are wonderful people. Mr. Neil arranged a last minute bus from Hanoi airport to hotel when I missed my train due to some issues.

Very nice hotel with excellent customer service going to great lengths to make their customers happy (particularly lovely Ms Hang from the reception). I arrived by night bus very early in the morning and was offered a room for early check-in around 8 am - it was different than the room that I booked, so in the end I preferred to wait until that one frees up, but I very much appreciate all the efforts to accommodate me as early as possible and also super quick cleaning of "my" room after the previous guests checked out. I also appreciate other perks, such as breakfast on the day of arrival, possibility to take a shower before the departure (overnight bus again) or lift to the bus station. I also appreciate the help with booking tickets to the Fansipan Peak etc. All this certainly exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Everything was very clean. There was a rooftop swimming pool with equally excellent views, although it was a bit too cold to use it. The location was very good, close to the lake and walking distance to restaurants or other places of interest. The breakfast was very good with good choice of dishes.

While the customer service generally exceeded my expectations, if the hotel claims to be offering sightseeing advice, they should be prepared to do that or perhaps listen more carefully next time or just say "I don't know" or "I cannot help you" - that's totally OK, the message will then be clear and one will be able to organise things differently. I relied on the advice I received and arrangements made by the hotel, but ended up wasting my time and paying for something that I didn't want and was not happy with (the driver didn't have clear instructions on why and where I was going exactly (he didn't speak English, so I couldn't explain myself), there was no opportunity to do any hiking in the mountains/rice terraces which I wanted, just going around the village which for me was not particularly interesting, etc.).

The location is within walking distance of Sapa City Center. The road from the city center is a bit steep and uphill (perfect workout for your legs). The room was huge, beds were the perfect size though a bit hard for our liking. The bathroom was also spacious with complete toiletries. The room had a balcony with a great view of the lake and the mountains. Breakfast spread had a variety of choices mostly Vietnamese cuisine. The staff was also awesome, their front desk staff Hang and Huyen were very accommodating. We arrived early on the day of the check-in and Huyen immediately checked if there was a room that was available for us to do an early check-in at no charge. By our last day, Huyen arranged a shuttle service to drop us off at the bus station so we could head back to Hanoi. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was great value for money. Would consider this hotel again if we come back to Sapa.

Breakfast choices are a bit repetitive.

Reception staff were great, always available and willing assist and go the extra mile. We had a late night bus when departing and were able to leave luggage there all day and the hotel offered us an option to take a shower and refresh before boarding the overnight bus. The room was comfortable and clean and great views of the lake and mountains in the background. The breakfast was also good especially the pho noodles.

The only downside was the internet as it was temperamental and would drop in and out. l don’t think this was the hotel’s issues and even on my local sim had issues with the internet.

We loved the Hang the reception staff. She was amazing. Very helpful in making us feel comfortable and making the most of our stay in Sapa. We arrived at 6am on a sleeper bus and weren’t due to check in until 2pm. Hang got us in our room ready at 8:30am! She is incredible. She organised the cheapest bike rental in Sapa for us and was helpful with late check out. We have already booked another stay here

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff greeted us very friendly and we felt welcome right away. I could have upgraded room and reception lady took me the room to check it. This is the 1st time for me with such kind service.It was great location and the staff are amazing and courteous. Would like to stay with them again when I'm.back.
