That i had to go home
Good location. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Elevator smelled like paint.
Huge bed, clean, nice view, near restaurants with good breakfast
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was even better. We upgraded to the Mountain View suite. The room was big, spacious and comfortable. The staff also went above and beyond in helping my fiancé plan his proposal. Forever grateful to the staff at Bamboo Sapa
Huge comfortable rooms. Great breakfast with local and western options. Really accomodating helpful staff. Good location on main street. Lots of nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in SaPa.
Luxury , clean excellent breakfast buffet
The room, the staff
Perhaps the slippery bathroom floor
Great location, friendly staff, great facilities and clean.
Nothing, it was great.
Good location closed to amenities
Room with grand mountain view is not that great as per expected. The topping up for food (breakfast) is too slow, need to wait quite some time.
accomodating staff, very good buffet and clean room
This hotel exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed the stay. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful, we booked last minute and it was not a problem at all. KC was incredible from the moment we walked in. He truly went above and beyond for us and helped me book another night without any trouble. Also, it was our honeymoon and KC went above and beyond to make it special for us which was so appreciated! They are lucky to have such a great staff member on their team. The hotel is super clean and the amenities were incredible. The pool and the view says it all! There are a lot of places to book in SA PA but I think we stayed at the best hotel!
Although our stay was short, we really enjoyed it. Our room was clean and the staff is very helpful. I would like to thank KC for being always responsive and for helping us organizing a last-minute pick up back to our bus station! Looking forward to our next stay!
The property was very clean and luxurious. Also it was close to Sapa station and the locality was very touristy.
Everything was good.
The location and the staff were great. Also the gym was very good. I really liked the view we had from our room.
Everything was good.
One of the best hotels in Sapa, for sure. We love our mountain view.
I don’t like the taste of the food being served in the restaurant. It’s weird because breakfast buffet was actually good but solo orders are not as they can be too salty or sweet.
Great location, Amazing views
Beds didn’t feel that comfortable
The hotel location is perfect. Restaurants, commercial stores, massage parlors are all 5-10 min walk. The view in my hotel room is the famous rice terraces of Sapa, so relaxing and amazing view! The in house massage place is a must try for everyone with its own sauna and hot tub for every room and the hot stone keeps my body and mind in Sapa clouds. So relaxing and very much affordable! Phung and Wen are experts masseuses,me and my wife enjoyed so much their deep tissue massage. We will definitely come back in Sapa and will again stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel. Their buffet breakfast is a 5 star treats!!! Very much highly recommended hotel while in Sapa!!! Also their staff are all 100% helpful and courages. Shout out to Emily from the Concierge, she helped us so much and very approachable!!!!
That I just stayed 6 nights, I should have stayed for 2 weeks to completely treat myself what myself deserved!
Large room, wonderful mountain view, staff were excellent, breakfast good.
No balcony furniture
Breakfast they serve is spectacular. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Location is perfect, you are in walking distance to the station for Fansipan and meeting points for hiking. It was cold and misty when we were there, we couldn’t use the pool but it was looking good too.
Perfect location to major attractions, restaurants, stores, etc.
No hair conditioner. Only 2 pillows for a king size bed for the price of the room.
