Sapa Green Hotel

Big room , location was really good as its right next to the main Sapa Station and market.

At time of check out we were told the one of the pillow cover is spolied. We did not check it at time of check in and hence we had no clue . We paid some amount for cleaning it .

Location and nightly rates.

We stayed during the colder time in Sa Pa. It was very cold in the breakfast area in the morning (door remained open during the breakfast buffet time), to the point you could see your breath at times.

We booked the family room and it is very spacious. Breakfast is also excellent!

It's just a little disappointing that the staff assigned upon our checking is not that friendly, not too welcoming. And unfortunately we encounter the same staff upon leaving, we said goodbye and didn't even look or react. The only thing that I hate about this hotel.

The hotel is at its best value for money. The staff are very polite and approachable. The room we availed is huge, and very clean. Highly recommended

Its ok. Staffs needs to be trained more. Disappointed about laundry price - two different staffs mentioned two different prices.

Breakfast needs improvement!!! And staffs needs to properly trained.

Staffs should be more aware of the prices that they are providing clients. I had laundry done and I was told that price is 50,000 VND per kilo and when I checked out I was charged 80,000 VND per kilo and taxes. Staffs are very hard to talk because of language barrier & staffs are not very friendly.

Staffs are not very friendly and not well informative. Rooms were available but my friend got charged 600,000 VND bec she wanted to check-in early. I find that very unprofessional on their end and demanded CASH payment only which I found very odd.

We got a family room which was so spacious. Bathrooms, rooms and beddings were clean and comfy with street view to the room. They even provided some fruits to the room when we do check in. They allowed early check in at a fare amount. You will get free complementary breakfast but it is same menu for everyday.

Little downside is on to the Room heating/ Cooling because we cannot control the heating. Though the Hotel staff do everyday cleaning, we noticed they have not focusing on proper cleaning in the bathroom.

The staff was very helpful. We got in the morning. They could not get us in our room right away but did get us in a couple of hours early. The location was mid town so there was not a lot of walking up and down hills.

Good location, very close by to a lot of restaurants and near to Fansipan. Right in front of the Sapa station. The Spa was exceptional.

The shower head was not good.

Highly recommended, clean, central heating n town and good value

Location is very very good. The hotel is in centre very comfortable with many restaurants. The breakfast is very good.

The best part in staying this Hotel is the Staff ; they are all very nice, helpful and accomodating. The Location, hotel is exactly at the back of SunPlaza. The Breakfast, lot of options (local and continental).

The pictures are totally diferrent from actual look of the hotel, from the lobby to your room its gloomy and dark. The room is not properly cleaned as we found cockroaches, cotton buds and dust in the corner and under. Bed linen and pillow dont smell good and it looks not washed. We need to cover the pillow with our own clothes to make it comfortable. Bathroom is not well lit and you can hear the sound of the bathroom activity in the next room. Wifi and AC are on and off but most of the time not working at all. We call staff, which come so fast but they didnt resolved the issue. Too uncomfortable to stay longer.

Could improve on the bathroom facilities. they have no hand soap or hand gel which is abit disappointing because you need something to wash your hands when going to the bathroom. Location is great, near the Fanispan station

excellent, the staff help me to get my phone at bus office because my mistake. the food and other facilities is very good, especially the room they upgrade my room with amazing viewwe will back ...

Staff, Rooms , Location, Quiet Place

Pwrfect location. The staff was super friendly, helped us calling a bus agency to sort our trip back to Hanoi and also got taxis for us. They had good english.

The aircon was a bit noisy and it gets pretty noisy in the morning with cars beeping and a rooster crowning all morning

The location was okey

The showered water pressure quite funny temperature, our bathroom was flooded of water leaking, usually every hotel they give us bottle of water and in the room it’s like refill water, we have 5 bags with us and the worker doesn’t even help to brought it up stairs,, also very barrier English not easy to communicate with staffs

The room was spacious and light with terrific views.

The shower had no screen so the bathroom flooded every time you showered and took at least 12 hours to dry.
