Everything was PERFECT. From the kind welcome, to the ambience and cleanliness of the place. It was the best experience! Thank you to everyone at the reception for the warm welcome and helpful mannerisms. You guys were awesome and made our stay exceptional ?

Nice and comfortable hotel. Our family room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff was very helpful. They have reasonably priced massage options as well -- had a good relaxing massage as well :)

Kitchen was closed one evening so missed the wonderful grilled salmon I had planned before we left. Nothing to complain really!

Friendly staff. Mee (front office staff) was excellent and looked into our needs whenever we required help. She went the extra mile. Kudos to her.

We asked for a foot reflex. The therapist (although freelance) did not take their job seriously. They were practically on the handphone most of the time.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They helped us track down a taxi driver when our son left his phone behind. They arranged birthday cake for our son as well which was so thoughtful. We loved our mountain view rooms too!

All was excellent

The hotel was well situated, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful from beginning to end, easy to book Trekking trips, they even let us clean our shoes and shower even though we already checked out.

Everything!! Accessible to all locations, the room was very clean. What exceeded our expectations during our stay are the staffs. Especially the receptionists. They have entertained us very well and even packed us snack before we left. Highly recommended!!

We liked it because the property is so near to everywhere. The staff especially the male and female are very good in entertaining guests. They are great. Everyday, there is a new and fresh towel for us.

We like everything about this hotel. Location was excellent- close to everything and very quiet place; the rooms are clean; the food was excellent: but most importantly, the staff surpassed all our expectations. They were very friendly, accommodating, very helpful, overall theu treated you not just as huest but a family to them. Especially the people from the reception, most especially Ms. Mao.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, very attentive with our needs even after checkout. Location is close to the center, walkable if you don’t mind the steep road. Our room has a mountain view, spacious for a family of three, has an electric kettle and a mini refrigerator.

The A/C in one of our room was not working properly but it we did not inform the staff so it wasn’t their fault that it was not fixed.

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, right in the middle of everything, but still not too noisy or busy. They honored our request for a room with an amazing view of Fansipan. What truly makes this place special is the hotel staff. Maó, Me, Xa, and the rest of the team provided the best service any guest could hope for. The food served at the hotel was excellent, much better than some of the restaurants we tried. We are very happy with this hidden gem. A big thank you to the hotel staff, especially Maó, Me, and Xa!

The staff they’re really amazing very friendly and generous they give as drink while we are waiting for our taxis , they charge our room to be close to our family with a very nice view and they give food and water when we did check out because we have long trip in sleeping bus we are really appreciate everything thing they did to us , and I suggested to families and couples the view amazing and the place quite away from noisy city

Not i dont like but i like to give them suggestions if they can change furniture because the building nice and clean so will be perfect

Their comprehensive knowledge of local attractions and willingness to assist with any request exemplified hospitality excellence.The renowned Moana Café was conveniently accessible by a short, pleasant walk, and the Sapa Central district required minimal travel time, making the hotel an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers.Given the outstanding level of service, pristine accommodations, and prime location, I would unhesitatingly recommend Sapa Praha Hotel to discerning travelers. The hotel is strategically located, about a 10-minute walk to Sapa’s Old Quarter (with some steep slopes) and just 8 minutes to Moana Garden. It’s in a peaceful area, quiet at night with little noise. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to rest after a full day of exploring. The receptionist team truly showed real hospitality — they answered all our questions, resolved any issues immediately, gave excellent local recommendations, and even helped contact our travel agency to confirm pick-up details. We were also pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful thank-you gift at checkout. Outstanding service overall!

Breakfast choices were a bit limited but decent for a quick meal. The bathroom drainage could be improved, as the floor stayed wet throughout the day.

Awesome place to stay! Wonderful view of the mountains and a cute farm next to the hotel. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! Rooms are clean and very pretty! Definitely will come here again.

The dinning area a bit small and it gets crowded . But staff was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay in Sapa Praha Hotel. Unfortunately, it was a little overcast during our stay so we couldn't make so much use of the balcony we requested. When there was a clearer moment it was obvious that one could have great views from the room. The good buffet breakfast had some good options. One blessing was that reception prepared some delicious sandwiches on the morning of our leaving to catch an early bus. Well done! My wife had stayed at this hotel with some family about 6 months earlier, so for her it was a return visit.

Not many eating places close to the hotel and one needed a taxi to go up the hill to the town. However, taxis are quite reasonably priced and arranged by the hotel. Although, not the fault of the hotel we were disappointed with the transport company that they arranged for us. It was a long (over 6 hour Journey) and they only stopped once after well over 4 hours. Fortunately, my waterworks were behaving themselves that day so I wasn't affected, but there were some other complaints. Also shortly before arriving at our destination they transferred our luggage to another vehicle with another group. Fortunately we spotted this as I had unusually left our passports in our cases. The driver appeared to be chatting to someone on his phone for the majority of the trip and appeared unconcerned about the wellbeing of the passengers.
