Initially booked for a queen bed but was told it is fully booked as we arrived late night. Not a big deal as it was only for a short stay.

Location superb for me-only one level up to teach the airport departures l where I needed to be at an ungodly early time of the morning.

Location is very convenient, facilities are clean and modern.

I made a booking on Booking.com, and I wasn’t informed I had booked a shared bathroom, which is terrible. I had to pay a higher rate to get a private bathroom once I arrived at the hotel and was informed of the situation. Rooms aren’t soundproof. You will hear guests come in and out at all times of the day & night. No respect towards other guests. Also, maintenance work was being done in my hallway when I was there — two days in a row. I complained about it.

bathroom is clean and new with powerful shower and nice amenities (shampoo, shower, hand wash, hand cream). Sockets are handy. Comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary bottled water. Room soundproofing is excellent.

Room size is a bit small, and not easy to open suitcase. Front desk with one staff member during check in and check out, and it's a bit slow

I liked when I was able to check out

The hotel is not inside the airport terminal or airside — it’s outside immigration and customs. To reach it I had to exit the airport and clear customs, which required purchasing a Malaysia digital arrival card costing $100. I was transiting through Malaysia with a 16‑hour layover and would not have expected to pay extra just to access an “airport hotel.” This undisclosed cost effectively doubled my expense in order to stay one night at an advertised airport hotel.Also I did not like that the room did not have a single window and on top of that, the steam from the shower triggered a fire alarm that was very loud.

The room is super quiet, suitable for a good rest. Necessary amenities are provided—strong water flow in the shower, and a comfortable, luxurious feel on the mattress and pillows. A variety of channels and the TV is clear. Location is superb, smack in the middle of KLIA Gateway, with endless eateries and plenty of other stores to while away your time. There is also Thai Odyssey Massage.

I know this is a transit hotel, but it would be good if there were a proper wardrobe, especially under the family room category, as more guests are expected. There was no place to hang used towels and clothes.

Excellent location, clean, super easy check in

No soundproof whatsoever. You can hear people talking and every alarm

Hotel right in Terminal 2 with access to shopping and food right below it. Easy to check in and they stored our extra luggage and cart for us, making it easy to get going early in the morning.

The walls are very thin and it being an airport hotel, people are coming and going at all hours of the day/night.

Modern, location is easy to find.

Noise

It was very cold in the room, and there was a draft at night even though the air conditioner was turned off.

Good value for money, easy check in and great location surrounded by food courts.

It’s located in terminal 2, so if you arrive in terminal 1, you unnecessarily need to pass the immigration check to go to terminal 2 and the queue can be so long to get unnecessary stamps on your passport for less than a day transit. and airport train only runs till 12 AM, so if you have an early morning flight in terminal 1, please leave the hotel earlier since you have to take free bus that is usually late and the journey will take around 20 mins from terminal 2 where the hotel at to terminal 1.

It was very convenient to stay inside KLIA2 Airport, so I didn’t have to travel from the city to the terminal. The bed was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of food options and convenience stores around the hotel.

The room was generally comfortable, though I did notice a slight damp smell from the carpet. During my stay, there happened to be quite a bit of check-in and check-out activity, which made it a little harder to sleep — but overall it was still a pleasant stay.

Only because of location

Too noise, no sound proof, can’t sleep at all .. I will never stay again in this hotel.
