It’s a beautiful very well kept hotel. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is clean, on the beach and spacious. But it has no characters. The lobby is gigantic, glass doors so lots of daylight but seemed so empty, almost no decorations or plants to give it some spirits. So blahhhhhhThe reception staffs need some training about receivings guests. I booked two rooms, one with a single bed and one with twin beds (it said right on the reservation confirmation: One deluxe twin room (2 people) and one deluxe queen bed room (1 person), both rooms with ocean view) Yet, they tried to put two people (who cannot sleep together in one bed) in one room. When I protested, the receptionists talked back and forth, then gave us what we needed. Neither room had an ocean view. We didn't arrive at the hotel until 8:00 PM, it was late and we were too darn tired to fight.

They have two big pools which were very nice and the hotel is also close to the beach. Yet not as many ppl using the beach, it is more for windsurfing. Rooms are comfortable and with a nice view.
Although we were like top 15 ppl in the hotel and was significantly more staff than guests service was slow and not all amenities fully open. Bars are closed, we had to always go all the way until the reception to get a drink and after 8pm we couldn't order any drinks. Breakfast was okey, but not to a 4 star standard. Pool towels not provided, you have to always ask and make sure you watch them cause they'll put you to pay for them otherwise.
