clean comfortable helpful staff even though we used google translate.

very noisy huge building site across the street

Nice clean, and a very good price. Friendly staff

My room was very nice, but I couldn't sleep well due to a pump or conditioning unit making a very loud noise through the night room 301 other rooms may not have this problem

It was a lovely room, very comfy and clean. Bathroom was also very good

No aircon

Clean

Room next to laundry room had to listen to washing machines all night. No window

The people on reception were very helpful, they lets us use the bathroom when we had a late train and gave us great recommendations. The hotel was spotless.

No complaints at £7 a night the only one thing is my bathroom window wouldn’t shut.

Great location , staff so helpful even with language barrier . Older lady on the stairwell areas was looking a bit unhappy . Smile be happy ! Thanks

The size of the room was better than the size of room at another hotel for the same price. Decided to pick this hotel for the size of room.

The staff was not helpful in regards to finding a place to dry your clothes. The room has no windows. The bathroom door does not lock or close all the way completely. If you are alone this is fine but if you with others there is no privacy while in the bathroom. The price maybe to high for what you get in terms of accomodations.

Extremely friendly staff, perfect location. Many good food around

Nice place, comfy bed, good inexpensive, near good restaurants

The hotel nearly the center and good retaurants, shops,..

Very good location - in the centre, nice and clean room with a balcony, smiling staffs - they was so friendly and helpful.

the shower was not really working good but still acceptable.

Good

The staff entered my room without knocking or asking for permission. She just stepped in to take back her blanket. No explanation, no apologies. Just stepped in, then stepped out as if I were invisible.

We've stayed here quite a few times. As always, clean, good value, and with friendly and competent staff.Good location, too. Nice parks and lake nearby, and an easy walk to the supermarket.

The location is great - within easy walking distance of 2 museums, the main square, and lots of nice coffee houses and places to eat.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in my room. I'm not sure where they came from as the window was closed. Every day I would swat them all, only for even more to appear the next day!

The room was quite comfy and the staff was alright. Overall, it matches our expectation.

The music in the opposite gym plays every morning from 5 am until 6 am. It was not pleasant to be wakened up that early!!

Great location: quiet and very near to downtown

Small bathroom; completely wet after a showwer.

There was severe black mold in the ceiling of our bathroom, huge health hazard

Location is right at city center

Water heater is not very practical

The location is great, cozy

The bed

good price and location
