The location was good, the room was very spacious and staff was responsive.

The room was charged exorbitant INR20K per night and the facilities were sub standard.. the kettle in the room was broken and had to be replaced, the TV remote did not have battery, the toilet supplies were not restocked before check in.

Breakfast wasn’t hot, we request to have a corner room but staff was rude to make any changes and the neighbours were loud and drinking.

Payment not in arrival time. . Own vehicle should we wash or clean. ( by staff. If paid no issue).

The fact that they forced us to pay the entire amount upfront ~ 7 days before actual arrival even though on the website of booking.com it was clearly mentioned that prior payment is not required and you can cancel upto 24 hours of arrival. We were denied this stated policy which was a big breach of trust.

location, food and service

The rooms are big and comfortable. The balcony in the room was awesome. The food was tasty. Spa was refreshing and the valet Services are awesome. The restaurants are good with great ambience but the service in the roof top restaurant was not upto mark.

The roof top restaurant Services are poor. The room service was also very poor where it took 45 mins for just bringing a bottle opener. The prices in the restaurant seems to be quite high compared to the service quality and the quantity of food served.

The location is excellent, and stay would have been more beautiful if there had been a play area or an activity room for the child

No place for children to be occupied with activities

Everything excellent. Small regret. Reaching to the parking from Road is really a uphill task and very difficult to manuver the steering. Hotel must take steps to do some solution. If you are little less attentive you may damage the car or the property or passer by. This is a serious concern the hotel should look into totality in visitors interest.

pathetic and overpriced food, one of worse experiences in my life. the hotel is under staffed and most of staffers were new. on being asked about things, they would ask us to call reception as they had no idea. No one asked for our feedback. the valet crashed our car into pole while parking and then on being confronted said their colleague from night shift crashed it and its minor scratch. no one apologised. on checking in room dining receipts, we found INR 875 worth dining receipt which we never consumed. they had to return us that money. they charge 250 for using pool table which had broken sticks. the didn’t have draught beers which they have marketed everywhere in the property.

1. In night, they took 45 mins to arranged extra bed mattress after calling them mutliple times.2. Breakfast was not upto the mark, very slow service and not professional chef.3. During check-out, we had callled mutiple times to take down our luggage from the top floor, waited for 40mins and finally we had carried our luggage on our own. No Apologise from the reception.

Staff was very polite

Place is not clean . Extra beds lying in corridors and stairs 24/7 was a real eyesore. Dust in corners every where. Place has good facilities.but needsto be Spruced up. Breakfast can be improved.

I loved the ambience, coziness of the property.

I didn’t like the pricing of the menu, it was way too exorbitant. Selling a plain chapati for ₹ 115/- GST extra is out of this world and not competitive to Kausali.

The staff was good and cordial. They were punctual and well coordinated. The rooftop restraunt was good and maintained.

There was no iron in the room. No bathroom slippers, it had to be called and asked for. The lock of the main door was jammed. One socket for the sidelamp was in very bad shape. Also, the washroom lock of the room required repair.
