Hotel Kasauli Regency

Room and cafe was good. Staff of cafe was very good

Hotel staff behaviour was not much good. Not had a great experience specially if we ask about the places near by , anything local , or to ask anything

The only thing that is good inthis property was its rooftop cafe

Its overpriced as there is no view from room and rooms are very small

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kasauli Regency during my visit to the beautiful town of Kasauli. It truly exceeded all my expectations, and I can confidently say that my stay at Hotel Kasauli Regency was an unforgettable experience.First and foremost, the location of the hotel is breathtaking. Situated amidst the serene and picturesque hills of Kasauli, the hotel offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding valleys. The tranquil ambiance and the fresh mountain air were a delightful escape from the bustling city life.The staff at Hotel Kasauli Regency deserves a special mention. The rooms at the hotel were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the breathtaking views from the balconies were a treat to wake up to every morning. The amenities provided in the room were of excellent quality, and everything was maintained to the highest standards.?????

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

The location was okay and the rooftop cafe was good. The food was also decent

Cleanliness was an issue. Had to call the staff multiple times for basic things like water.

Cleanliness and quality of amenities.

The outside view couldn't be seen. You should have made the rooms with a balcony and outdoor views.Food quality was not that good, especially non veg foods.

The family room we stayed in was spacious, clean and had modern facilities.The Hangout Bar was also nice with good food and music.

The approach road is quite difficult to reach.

The restaurant on the terrace has a beautiful setting amidst the picturesque valley all around. The interiors are tastefully planned. One can spend hours on a book alongwith coffee and snacks. The outside hangout setting is perfect for the evening chill out with good music.

Since we had booked almost 4 rooms we could have been allowed late check out as our train was in the evening and we had to spend almost long hours till afternoon.

the bed was comfortable. the rooftop bar was well made. the food was nice

the lady at the front desk was rude, had that arrogance in every sentence. The duvet was dirty at check in, had to get it replaced

There was no complimentary breakfast inspite of the exorbitant prices of the room.

The property is too expensive for the quoted amount. There are far more better properties with better view and easier access to rooms rather than just a staircase.
