The staff was friendly

Staff severely lacked knowledge of basic hospitality functions. Room service arrived uncovered, wet, cold, and with no utensils, we waited 30 mins at the restaurant and left after receiving no service, concierge set us up with a scam taxi service.

The room was clean, big and spacious. Very comfortable bed. The pool was nice and clean. Good selection for the breakfast buffet. All the staff were friendly. Great service overall.

We lost power in the middle of the night so the AC shut down and woke us up. The room got too hot. My husband called for assistance and they immediately came. It turned out, the wooden key card we put malfunctioned and they replaced it and fixed it. But it still ruined our sleep on our first night. You need to look into those wooden key card.

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at the resort—great service, clean facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the veranda view wasn’t quite as expected, and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes, possibly due to the vacant lots nearby. Still, overall it was a lovely and memorable getaway. Hope this can be improved for future guests!

there were quite a lot of mosquitoes, especially around the veranda. We even had to go out just to buy insect repellent for our kids. Hopefully this can be addressed, as everything else about the resort was wonderful

Impressive level of service and attention to detail. Check in process was smooth. Room was spotless, spacious and beautifully designed. Staff go above and beyond with requests. Highlight was on site restaurant Samira. Highly recommended. Brakfast buffet was ample, healthy and indulgent.

Some facilities in the lounge area needs updating. Staying on a room on the ground floor has a downside if someone is staying directly above your room as you can hear their movements eg footsteps.

Gym shoild be expanded to accommodate more users, more selection of food, shoudla llow extension to use the room at least up to 1-1:30 pmfor those guests who camr or checked in late

Not worth it’s price

I got the bangus for bfast but it had an acidic taste that i couldn’t even swallow one bite. Upon checkout, we were made to settle our bill outside our room. For the price of our stay, we were not automatically given a receipt. I was just given my credit card slip, made to sign their form but no usual receipt in envelope commonly done by high-end hotels. The person who checked us out said he will get one and that we just wait by our car. So disappointing that the issuance of receipt had to be requested.

Pretty much everything! The room was really nice and spacious and the staff were all really nice and accommodating. Wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy everything. :)

Not really a "didn't like" point, but it would be nice to be a bit more sustainable with the bathroom amenities (i.e., don't throw away the toothbrush right away, don't change all the towels that don't need to be changed, etc.)

The pool and food also archery and badminton.

There are less electric fan in the restaurant area.

The rooms are amazing.

The main lobby area and restaurant are not great. Breakfast setup is overcrowded — they squeeze tables so close together. Food quality is not great either. Staff were undertrained. Too causal.

Lush green well maintained property. Our room 1208 was fabulous. Pool is heated and clean. 24 hr Library is a treat. Food all through our 3 nights stay was a good experience. Staff is attentive and friendly.

The spa needs more attention. It does not have spa ambience. The treatment was good but Niyama does not go the extra mile we expect from a spa. Not value for money.

In house dining was quite expensive for an average quality. All the other services were also pretty overpriced. Bathroom drain was clogged. Bidet had to be replaced

Suite could use a bit of a refresh as it was starting to show signs of age and wear.Food was (understandably) pricey.
