Sang Yoo Mountain View Tagaytay Hotel - Taal Lake View

Great view of Taal Lake and located away from the busy area of Tagaytay. Hannah was very helpful and accommodating to our needs during our stay.

Service and food was great. Fanatic staff and boy what scenery.

Water pressure a bit low and internet averaged about 7mb download but still usable.

The location was convenient and the room I stayed in was cute and cozy. The staff was excellent and friendly. Delicious breakfast too, and it was served on the terrace with a view over the Taal lake and Taal volcano.

Hoped to get sleep and destress.. Impossible to do with management housing nxt to my room,I little or no sleep,no peace n quiet,Very disrespectful!! Especially when there was a posted sign IN my room to DO SO,would not recommend this place!!!!

Friendly staff. You are treated like a family. Breakfast is quite good. Nearby to other establishments. Proximal to Museo Urlina. Excellent service.

They should have started offering simple menu anytime of the day. Brewed coffee with biscocho.

An extra layer behind the curtain would help block out the light from the sidewalk. But everything was so amazing. I hate to mention it.

Lousy view from room. No hot water in sink. No bum gun. Small tv located off to the Side of the bed

The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was really good. The location was good. All In all we enjoyed our stay and think it was excellent value for money. The view was also great

Nothing to complain about

Nothing. They could use some fresh and new towels and bed linen. The shower drain is clogged up and you actually stand on standing water in the stall during your shower.ants crawling in the bathroom sink.

Room has a strong smell that was so bothersome. I just wonder how could anyone is able to have a good night of sleep. I couldn't wait for the morning to come to check out.

I chose this place because of the beautiful view and the breakfast.We will definitely come back, we really enjoyed it here.

The hotel and staff were exceptional and very friendly. The location was good and close to many things to visit. I would recommend this stay to others!!!
