Cheap. Si.ple rooms. Water pressure bit poor but at least the water was warm. Basic menu and the breakfasts were bit sparse but no complains considering the price.

Luckily enough just the weather.

Near the beach front and very helpful + accommodating staff. Food was superb too.

The place was disgusting. When we arrived in the room, it was sprayed to mask the mold problem. We stayed 1 night because we arrived almost midnight from a long day of flight from Ilocos and drove to Batangas to check a property. It's an option to either stay in the car or stay in this place. We were woken up with a disgusting smell of sewer from a plumbing problem the next morning. We asked their staff to check the room and smell the room to verify our claim, which she did, and agreed. Reach out to the property management to get a refund for 1 remaining night of our stay due to the situation of the room, yet the owner has the audacity to be condescending. We are not expecting a 5star hotel when we booked, but we expect a clean room.

The staffs being polite helpful and respectful.

We don’t have anything that we didn’t like in your property.I only suggest to provide us thicker blanket as it’s too cold for a child to stay in air conditioned room.Its excellent place to stay for a family friends with a big numbers.

There was a free WIFI service.

1. The pool was beside a sewer where kitchen refuse goes so it smelled so bad and dirty. It is not good health-wise as mosquitoes will live there and eventually cause harm. I hope that the owners of the resort resolve this problem if they want more guests in the future.2. There was an environmental fee of P 25. 00 per head going inside the location. The public beach is very poorly maintained. There was a lot of trash in the beach so the kids did not swim in the beach but in the pool instead. I wonder where does the environmental fee go?3. The rate was high. I paid P 9500.00 for 2 rooms and every extra bed was P 500.00. Use of kitchen was P 250.00.

The breakfast was good but not enough on the plate so I needed to order 2 breakfasts. The room was very good for the price of the room.The hotel is very close to the beach walking distance. The pool was also very nice.

The fact that every time they needed to fill the pool the water in the bathroom was not available.The area in with the hotel is situated there nothing to do except the beach.

The room was big to accommodate our group of 6. We have ample space to move around the room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was just a short walk from the beach. Food was good but a bit pricier but the service is great. Definitely will return for another 3 day 2 night escapade if given the chance

The property is exclusive to guest only.You can find comfort and ease when it comes to security. The facilities are better compared to other resorts in Lian.Though it is next to the many resorts, the exclusivity gave us comfort. Also, the room we had is luxurios just like any 3 star hotel would have. The staff were responsive, selfless and resilient. When my baby had an asthma attack for the 1st time, Agnes has been very helpful and selfless to aid us in looking for a nebulizer to be borrowed. Also she gave us directions where we can buy medicine in the late night.We would like to thank Agnes for being selfless, helpful and ready to serve always when you asked for anything. Thank you so much Agnes!!!Also, thank you Miles for letting us borrow your nebulizer.You don’t know how that simple machine saved my daughter’s life.. For Cristine helping us look for the receipts and even taken an extra mile to look for it and send it to me online, Thank U. For Ryan for patiently waiting for us while we are on our meals, thank U. Its not a beach front and It is a walking distance to the beach.Where you need to pass through the crowded market.I hope one day, when we come back, they can have an extension property on the beach front. My 4yrs old kid had an asthma attack for the 1st time. The noise and the dust of the road adjacent to the wall of the room makes the whole luxurious room dusty. I hope they can seal the windows and have excellent aircon filtration. Thanks to her pedia for immediate response while on holy week that we are away from home.

The property is beachfront and facilities are working fine and clean. My family enjoyed our stay as the place is just enough for us which is a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. Wifi works well but the cable is lagging. One would also feel safe and secure as the cottage has its own gate. Staff are also nice and responsive.

The hotel is not beachfront if one is expecting to stay in a place where you could view the sea. Instead, the hotel is few minutes walk and you would have to cross a street. We stayed in the cottage and we were surprised that it is about 10mins walk away from the hotel and the pool area. Nevertheless, we were still able to enjoy the pool.

I like that there was a kiddie pool

Staff smoking in the hallways and pool. So many mosquitoes and rooms, beds and restrooms are such a distasteful condition. Restrooms were dirty.

We liked that the staff are courteous and ATTENTIVE ..and that it’s walkable to the beach . Food was delicious..

Nothing much it’s just the towel rod in the bathroom is rusted.

The staff are friendly and polite. The common kitchen where you can prepare your own food for an addtl 250php are complete with kitchen utensils and basic appliance like ref, stove etc and even dining essentials.

I booked 2 standard rooms and 1 family room. The 2 standard rooms are quite spacious for 2 adults altho one of the bathroom is flooding but the family room is not the same as advertised. Instead of 3 double beds, there is 1 double bed and a bunkbed. It is supposed to be for 6 adults but only 5 adults can sleep comfortably. It does not have its own personal ref like the others and it is quite cramped.
