Splendido Tagaytay Hotel and Country Club

Location of the hotel

Wifi did not work. The sheets was not changed. Saw hairs underneat the pillows

Many things to do

With Ants and towel have fees.

Terrible we left 4 days early couldn’t take it anymore

Food was terrible room wasn’t not clean at all can’t get a taxi to the hotel you have to walk up a hill and wait on the road front desk guy couldn’t guy couldn’t speak English room English. I could go on but forgot this place

The rooms we stayed at is big. Basic necessities provided. Sheets are clean.Breakfast included in our stay. Location is great really close to Alfonso, so it’s a closer commute to visit relatives.Love the view and quiet surroundings. Very relaxing Love that there’s a delimundo restaurant in the property.

A lil confusing as to which building is the hotel. A bigger TV would have been better considering the size of the room. A flat iron, & hair dryer in room would be a great feature. Bathroom needs cleaning, there’s some mold marks on the wall, and some white dusts on the sink. While I know it’s complementary, but a better shampoo, bath soap in room will be much appreciated.

Staff were polite

Water coming out of the shower is dirty (as in dirty brown). Windows were open when i went inside my room for the first time. I can hear squeaks from the cabinet at 3 am. There are people walking in the hallway at that tome as well. It was really hard to sleep.

The staff is very accommodating, as expected ofc coz they they are filipinos. Love the location.

We like everything except.. smart tvs are common these days..

Property is big and spacious.

My room was not cleaned even if I specifically instructed the lobby concierge to have it cleaned. There was an error in the bookings. Those that are supposed to stay for 2 nights were given the room for just 1 night and they wanted to have the guests transfer rooms. A total inconvenience to which I did not accept.

The over-all stay was excellent. The staff were accomodating and really helpful from security, reception, buffet area up to maintenance personnel.

Peaceful and clean

The room is not equipped well with freebies like coffee/ tea or toilet paper ,slipper you can have it upon asking .

Location is quiet

Expensive, ive reached out to CS for price match 5days before check in but got no response. Few options to eat nearby hotel. Aircon was placed on top of the bed thats causing headache because too cold if i lowered temperature other bed will feel hot.

Great staff, clean room, amazing ambiance. The breakfast buffet was great!

The bathroom in our room was leaking whenever we take a shower.

The location, the comfy beds, the food, the staff and the service. ?

Maybe a smart TV would be nice in every room as our colleague had one in his room but ours didn't. The Hotel may be a bit old but it didn't really hinder us from enjoying our stay.

Love the large rooms, accommodating staffs, exclusivity and breakfast was delicious but could've been more.

The bathroom was a nightmare. Clogged drains: bathtub and sink, TOO SMALL, and heater barely worked :(

Affordable

Limited room make up services to one per day including toiletries. Intermittent wifi.

the view is good, amenities is also good

didnt like the bathroom, it was small, and needs renovation

Staff are very friendly and courteous.

Bathroom was very poor leaking and unsafe. Drawer cabinet is broke. Parking is very small and tight. The floor tile in the hallway are broke and loose. Only one elevator was working for the whole building.

The best hotel location we visited to capture the Tall lake view, and ridge , property it self is one of the best for us. Staffs are accommodating and we can feel the warmest welcome and accommodation even just for overnight stay. One of the staff “ Airs” saves my day (its a women things)! I appreciated her help. Thankful for that!Good food and hotel room. Everything is perfect!

Room service was ok. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Dinner unsatisfactory; sausage & chicken jambalaya was disappointing.

Hotel staff is everywhere. They’re friendly, polite and always smiling when they greet their guests. Also the rooms are spacious, we have a huge balcony with mountain view. We enjoyed the country club, they have badminton court which we rented out and the breakfast was really good for the price. Good value of money.

small bathroom but clean and comfortable nonetheless.

Staffs were accommodating and friendly, view of taal is spectacular.. mountain view is also refreshing..

please upgrade your comfort room?
