Seda Nuvali Laguna near Tagaytay

The facilities, I.e. the pools, the fitness center, the game room, etc. outstanding.

My window was dirty, so my view was a little bit unappealing, nevertheless. I like the views.

Breakfast buffet

Room shower had hot water only. Hot hot

comfort

all good

Check in was efficient and staff were accommodating and attentive , front desk especially

The location is great and the area is very peaceful. The staff were all accommodating and they even have shuttle service if you want to go to Solenad. Everything was perfect!

The facilities are okay but because there are some guests who do not know how to use it properly, sometimes it’s either the area is too disorganized or dirty. I went to the playground which is super dirty and everything was out of place and I had to clean, the staff came right after but I think they should regulate the users to avoid this.

The hotel forces you to eat breakfast there and it's overcrowded and way overpriced.

I don't like that the hotel forces you to eat breakfast there and it's overcrowded in the restaurant each morning and way overpriced.

Great Staff and Hotel.

Forced to eat breakfast at an overcrowded restaurant for an overpriced trick that is built into the price.

Nice Hotel and Staff.

Forced into Breakfast in a crowded restaurant.

Nice location, very clean, and very accomodating staffs.

A little bit pricey and i was charged again when i checked in. But in the Agoda app i have entered 3 adults but when i checked in, they said i have booked only one.

The proximity to my house, to shopping and dining areas

They did not honor their reply to my request for a complimentary cake because I stayed there on my exact Birthday.

It was nice. The staff was amazing.

Lots of water damage. Had to get help to get the TV working

The included breakfast was amazing. The restaurant food was very good. The amenities like the pool and gym were nice.

The AC in my original room was faulty, it didn’t get cold at all. I was transferred to a new room when they checked it out, and that AC was better but still didnt really get cold (I went to my friend’s room for a bit and theirs was much colder in the other building, might be a building issue as they have 2 buildings for rooms)

Attentive staff , clean and comfortable rooms

Food choices are limitted for their buffet .

Friendly staffSuperb breakfastExcellent facilitiesComfortable bedSpacious roomNice viewAccessibilityClean hotelThe bestUpgrade to a better room

Clean & refreshing surroundings

Food, very few choices. Parking too far, not PWD friendly. Second elevator far from main lobby. Should have a dedicated elevator for pool users so that floors shd not be wet.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. The previous time, we had a lake view; this time, we had a view of the roof (they could improve it by adding artificial grass) and the parking lot. It really shows how much your experience can vary depending on where you’re placed. They mentioned we received a complimentary upgrade to a corner unit, which I appreciated, although this time the experience was somewhat disappointing.Positive Points•The pool is excellent for young children — our one-year-old could play with the water jets. I don’t know of any other hotel in Metro Manila that offers that.•The food was varied, with both bread and hot dishes available.

Points for Improvement•There was no plain rice at the buffet — only garlic rice, which I don’t prefer.•The bed was not clean; it was covered in someone’s shaved hair. I was not happy about this, especially since I expect higher standards from Seda. It was replaced upon request.•We ordered a cot, but a regular adult bed was delivered instead. This was later corrected.•Room service delivery was incomplete — only one glass was brought instead of two. We had to call again, which was inconvenient, though it was resolved afterward. Used trays were not collected, not even the next day, so we had to call again for that as well.•There’s no switch for the housekeeping light; you just have to wait and hope someone comes. Door hangers would be a better alternative.•The mirror is awkwardly placed behind the desk — it would make more sense to hang it in the hallway near the door.Overall, you really have to follow up on everything yourself — and we’re here to relax, after all.

Less crowd, beautiful greeneries, very close to the newly built Ayala Malls. Convenient parking. Easy access to transportation. Big swimming pools.

Excellent service they even help us to go to hospital for my daughter.all staff are good they accomodated us for late booking due to changes of our flight and they extended our check out

Nothing all excellent

Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location.

The exceptional cleaning and maintenance by personal is the new standard I look forward to any stay now.The location for the hotel is amazing, you can easily walk to the nearest mall and the breeze in the pool was great.

My wife and myself thought it was a bit chilly in the night time in February, a couple of heat lamps near the pool would be nice and some short of planned entertainment by the pool would be great The TV channels was something to be improved. However we loved that we can connect our laptop to the tv for entertainment at night time.
