Some repair is much needed. The door to the room was almost impossible to open. the TV did not work, it would not even turn on.

Loction, convenience being close to a little shopping area wih starbucks, nail shop and grocery stor etc.

NEEDS stricter maintainance routine. The lobby is excellent. Clean, Nice decor etc Each floor level needs more vacuming, rug shampooing, updates, etc Bathroom door handle loose, hinges squeeks, etc. NOT WELL MAINTAINED.SCRUB ELEVATOR GLass walls, Gym etc

The lobby was big and impressive. The check-in and check-out process was quick and the staff was friendly and courteous. The 2-bedroom suite was spacious which we appreciated. The view of Taal was also great.The hotel has a direct access to Robinsons Tagaytay next door which offers several dining options and even has a grocery store. It would be better though if the access has a wheelchair ramp.

The hotel is quite old and needs improvements. They only have 2 elevators and during our stay, only one was working. In the suite, the bathroom door was heavy and closes forcefully which was a safety concern since we were travelling with a senior citizen. We were a party of 4 and they only provided one roll of toilet paper. When we requested for additional, they only provided one and we were informed that we were only allowed to request 2 times a day. More than that and there will be a charge.Our reservation included buffet breakfast which was from 6am to 10am. On the second day, a Sunday morning, we got to the hotel's cafe around 9am and most of the chafing dishes were empty. Even the rice. At the egg station, the one attending simply told us there was no more omelet since there were no more ingredients (ham, mushrooms, onions, etc). We had to call the attention of the assistant manager since we were not sure if the staff was going to do anything.

Location was amazing with view of the taal, many nice restaurants and right across the street. Comfy beds, fairly clean.

It has a great view, and the breakfast buffet was good. It also had a pool. The beds are soft and the sheets were all new, clean, and soft.

Our room wasn’t very clean, we had to request sweeping. and the towels felt thin and rough to the skin.

Staff always smiling and very helpful especially Marcel and Marcella which I made sure to remember their names.The area and location very safe and easy access to everything. Pet friendly staff and my pet loves being in there.

Love having a room dine in especially morning, but I hope they could add fresh brew coffee and juice on their breakfast menu in the morning.

Breakfast

The room is not good, toilet door and main door is very dirty, TV is not working, No hair dryer in te room, also the towel.is dirty.

The windows need to be more soundproof due to motorcycles outside were noisy.

Beddings are good. Tenovations made the room look brighter and new.

Towels were really old and the shower area was moldy. Amenities were not consistent. I had to buy my own toilet paper.

The location is probably the best feature of the hotel. There are a few restaurants, a supermarket, and a Starbucks right next to it which is quite convenient. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and how accommodating they were. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant (ala carte dining and breakfast buffet).

The noise level in the rooms can get quite uncomfortable, since most (if not all) rooms face the main road. This was the same whether on the lower floors or the upper floors, even with the windows and balcony doors shut. Our room even had a window facing the hallway - so there was additional noise coming in from other guests and staff even through the night. The bathroom in our first room had a bit of a wet dog smell (we found out later it was a pet-friendly room). And during our stay, there was only 1 working elevator - for 9 floors, and an ongoing conference held in the hotel.

Lobby with good ambiance. Good breakfast. Comfortable enough beds.

It was just too darn noisy - the walls are too thin and poorly isolated. We could hear every little whisper of every person passing by our room. The tv and the phone were'nt working at all. Noone in the front desk seemed to want to take calls. We called 8 times from our cellphone with no luck, and so we had to go down ourselves to ask for help with our issues.

It’s accessible

Only one elevator is working. The room is not sound proof, we could hear the car sounds from outside. They play the Christmas music the whole time even if it’s already evening and people are sleeping

Very good location with great swimming pool and we enjoyed the stay

Breakfast was OK but this hotel has no restaurant for lunch and dinner just a small diner, However across the road were many good restaurants

Comfy and loved the view

The check in took a while. We arrived almost 2:30 and we were expecting a super easy check in but somehow it almost took 20 mins or so. Also while the guard greeted us, he didn’t offer assistance to carry our bags

The suite room is big and had a great view of the Taal Lake.

Being a suite room, I was expecting a polished room but it was not. The bathroom smells and the doors are flimsy and hard to open.
