    Pros +

    • Location - with a magnificent view of Taal Lake & volcano!Accessible to public transportation- tricycles & jeepneys.Bright room with a view/ balcony & comfortable bed & beddings!Staff were very friendly & helpful
    • This hotel is not that new but the facilities are okay, clean and well-maintained. The view at the alfresco deck/resto is so relaxing. The Officer-in-Charge gave us an hour extension for check-out when we encountered problem with our room AC, but everything works well. The staffs are super friendly and accommodating. Even after our check-out we stayed at their restaurant and ate lunch. Their Ala carte food are great and I bet their samgyup also since there are lots of people eating during lunch time for the samgyup. Even if you don't check-in at the hotel, this is a nice spot for afternoon tambay since the alfresco rest is so windy and cold.
    • Location is very accessible from the center, nearby food establishments and the hotel has their own restaurants. Room is complete with basic toiletries and amenities. Staffs are very accommodating and pleasing, kind enough to agree for a small surprised for my father's birthday. Elevator is available going to rooms and pool view is fascinating.

    Cons -

    • Limited menu options
    • The room location is a bit dark.
    • room is dirty even the washroom. towel is old

    The location.

The customer experience was below par. We used to choose this hotel when we go to tagaytay. I’m accompanied by seniors. From their last stay with the hotel, they arrived early and was given complimentary early checkin before 12. Of course, given their age, this was considered esp when the hotel was not busy. In our recent stay, this request was not considered.Part of a hotel stay is delighting customers, we clearly were not delighted. I booked a 3 bed room. The room they gave us was at the farthest corner of the floor and there were unused beds stacked up in the walkway. 2 housekeeping carts were also in the walkway which gave us a feel that we were in a bodega. When we came in the room, the tv was on and it was noisy showing a noontime show. It seems someone was watching before we got in. There was a cockroach on the floor as well near the bed and cr.I asked the night front desk if I can use the pool before 8am. It was a flat no with the reasoning that it will be cleaned. Come 8am, I took a dip and saw the pool was dirty. A lot of moths and fly swimming with twigs and leaves still there. The front desk should be there to make things happen for the guests and of course, tell the truth why facilities cannot be used at a certain time. Now lets go to breakfast. One of the guests was looking forward to enjoy brewed coffee knowing the room only has 3-in-1. To our disappointment, there was no brewed coffee to be found. The excuse was the order was still on its way. Tagaytay has overflowing with coffee beans and it’s easy to purchase a bag or 2 to not compromise the customer experience. Again this is a thumbs down. We ordered tapa for food. We only managed to eat 1/2 of the servings since the other half was fat. We were ok to settle with ala carte even though we stayed in properties which offered excellent buffet breakfast. But for an alacarte serving with limited options, this is not acceptable.

Front desk staff were very professional with their treatment of customers. I was impressed by the immediate response and resolution to my room concern.

The towels provided in the room is not as good as you might expect from a 3 star hotel. They look untidy and some even have stains.

    Location and view is great!

The rooms are not maintained and the AC was not cooling properly. Pillow was so thin and the bed felt uncomfortable. Bath towel are more near to be discarded.

Staff were polite , friendly and very engaging

I inadvertently left a music speaker in the room. Asked the hotel if they could forward it to an address in Manila. I explained that I would pay the cost. Despite two requests the hotel has ignored me. It’s situations like this that show the true level of customer service and culture . Tagaytay Hotel SixB you failed.

Free breakfast n parking. McDonald's next door, kitchen open until 10PM

Room did not match pictures on Booking.com. I booked 2 rooms with pool view. All I could see is wall that goes around pool?. I talked to front desk. She kept telling me to upgrade room?. If you booking for a view, beware. I paid less money in Baguio for a excellent view, last week

Location is good. Breakfast is ok.

    Lighting of room and hallways.

    3JoyPosted on: 1-22-2024

    Horrible experience

Limited menu, New Year's buffet offerings were undercooked or cold, taciturn staff, if you don't pay for their breakfast coffee is self-serve (ridiculous when the rest of the table had coffee delivered), nowhere to gather during the rain storm, and worst of all was the hidden charges. Do not stay here!

flouring need to clean, bathroom dirty! no table or chair inside the room, balcony chair dirty

    3AriPosted on: 1-4-2024

    Only view with taal lake

The room does not have window. Staff were not really helpful. They asked to provide deposit which was not included in the booking information. Room is not clean, too noisy woth staff and other guests' speaking.

    1Robert F.Posted on: 12-29-2023

    Close to the roundabout

The towels were old and there were mosquitoes in the room.

    6SarrahPosted on: 12-20-2023

Location is great. Free breakfast. Good view. Service staffs are nice.

Musty rooms. Shared balconies. Pillows are too soft. Room service has to be requested instead of being part of the service. Towels were washed but not replenished. Breakfast is always the same.

    9HaydnPosted on: 10-8-2023

The location is very accessible and the view is very nice. Breakfast is good.

The TV cannot change channels (both remotes are not working) though not a big problem.

    3JohnPosted on: 9-15-2023

    The staff were nice.

The bed was too soft, no amenities in washroom (no soap etc.) no coffee in the coffee shop, and restaurant menu limited. Food was mediocre.

    7Paul B.Posted on: 8-28-2023

The room has a nice view of the Taal. Location-wise, the hotel is accesible and nearby stores.

The restroom does not meet my expectation for a hotel restroom. The pool is too small for my liking and has water dirt marks on the tiles.

The place with ả nice view, quiet and cool

So far good but no gym only

    8TiccenPosted on: 6-26-2023

The view was amazing and friendly and helpfull staff. Easy checkin and checkout. And they informed about the room that it was without windows. But for me its was a + . Since the rooms was very dark when about to sleep. So i got 2 night of really good sleep due to that.

The pool need to get a longer ladder down to the bottom if the pool. Since it was only one or 2 steps on it. Hard to get iup trought that one.
