Quite understaffed during our stay maybe because there's a lot of guests. Repeatedly asked for water in our room since there was initially none.

Food was great and staff are friendly and helpful

Wifi is a bit slow. They should put routers per room

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable.

There were only limited food choices at the buffet breakfast. There was no tapa and bacon and the quality of the food was only passable. I didn’t try to drink the coffee because it looked too dark even after they refilled it.

Location and staff. Breakfast was wonderful.

Water provided in the room made me sick, I was down for 5 days nearly my entire vacation I had fever and diarrhea. It would be better for them not to offer any domestic water albeit sealed in a glass bottle as guests have a different idea of water safety. Commercial water bottles maybe a safer option, though not eco friendly.

Its accessible, breakfast is good..Pool is heated its nice, staff are courteous and helpfull

the beds are not comfortable for my preference..Their check-in is late 3PM, we arrived late and our room is not yet ready….But they allowed us late check out

I like the Location, cleanliness, friendly staff and the heated pool. I disliked the smell of bath towels, good only for one time use, then it gets smelly.

The staff were very nice. Nice rooms. Cold AC. Nice shower. Good location. Good price for spa.

We checked in and gave us the room key, but when we went up to the room, it was not cleaned yet. But they gave us another room, There was no mirror in the room. The mirror was only in the restroom and was not a full body mirror. Also, sometimes, you can really hear people or carts from the hallway inside your room

the room and bathroom was fantastic, so clean and really cool! staff was great too! will be a go to place for us!

breakfast could be better, room had no hair dryer and dental kit, but the toilet was great! a simple ress code should be enforced at breakfast room, say smart casual? more activities needed here!

friendly staff, the location is perfect ,accessible to restos( walking distance) and the the place is clean and amenities are very good

Two of our companions left their Backpack with Laptop Computers inside that were used during the Event, our 60th Anniversary. The staff returned the lost backpacks as we are about to leave the venue. Thanks for their honesty.

Liked the spacious parking, accommodating staff, clean room and bath room, the location is ideal. Recommended place to stay

The breakfast buffet needs a little improvement. I dont know if the menu is changing day by day but when were there. We highly expected for the breakfast which fall short out of our expectation.

1. We booked for 2 rooms. We were allowed to check in in the second room around 4:55 pm. There was a long wait to get the second room.2. We were asked to pay a 1,000 Php cash security deposit. When we checked out and got our room cleared the front desk didn't remind us about the security deposit return. We ended up forgetting it and only remembered after 1 day. 3. Their Wi-Fi signal in the room is little to none. We can't connect to the TV to watch shows.

Breakfast very good, rooms were awesome and very clean . My family were all satisfied and enjoyed staying in the hotel. I booked 6 rooms for 2 nights. Surely I will come book and stay again in your hotel

Requested the staff 2 times through phone to bring drinking water but my request just ignored . Needed to go to the reception desk the following day to complain about it and that’s just only the time my request was granted ?

We loved and enjoyed using the heated pool. We don't usually enjoy using the pool amenities in Tagaytay due to the weather. Kudos to the management who thought about adding a heated pool to your amenities. It added quality to our stay. We also like how we are accommodated as 3 people. Usually, even when the room max cap. is 4, there are only 1 pair of toiletries, towels, glasses and utensils. Here we got 3 pcs! We each have one for our own use.. ? Thank you for the thoughtfulness.

Only the breakfast buffet didn't meet our expectations because of what we have read on reviews about the vast variation of the buffet. We personally think the food choices are limited. Hopefully there's more to be added in our next visit.

We were given a room on the 9th floor. When we got there and opened the door, there was a strong smell of damp in the room. We thought we'd try and open the window and/or turn the a/c on to try and fix it. However when I sat on the bed, the sheets were all damp. We went to reception and they kindly sent the housekeeper to change the bedsheets. However after another hour or so, the bed was damp again. If we were only staying for 1 night we'd have put up with it. But we were staying for 3 nights so we went to reception to complain again and the staff apologised and upgraded us to a junior suite on 5th floor. This room didn't have a damp smell so were much happier.

Bed was comfy. Balcony was nice.

Room was so-so. Bathroom could have been cleaner and I saw black mold in some of the grout. The glass & mirror were cloudy, not up to my standards.Breakfast was not good, all processed meats - tocino was too sweet & red hotdog was yikes! Fruit selection was slim, considering there is an abundance of fresh fruits in Tagaytay.
