Hotel Le Sapphire

The location of the hotel is a great plus point. It is situated on the main road very close to the city centre and close to Ksrtc bus stand.The reception staff were very helpful and courteous. The check in and check out experience was very smooth. The reception staff also helped us with getting taxi and auto for our local trips. The lift facility was very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The toilet was also clean and well maintained. Room size of deluxe rooms were big and spacious. Bed and linen was very clean and comfortable. View from the deluxe rooms were pleasant overlooking a green patch beside the hotel. Overall a very clean and comfortable hotel. Surely a very good hotel to consider to stay in Sultan Battery.

The resteraunt in the hotel caters more to the local pallette and local cuisine. Yet the service is good and food options are also good.

The rooms were good. Bathroom was clean. The location is also good.

The parking is troublesome. It doesn't have much parking space.

The room I stayed in had a very bad smell. There were not many facilities available. Beds were too rough. Not value for money.

Loved the size of the room and the friendly and helpful staff.The Biryani was the best I ever EVER eaten anywhere in the world so far. Would go back just for the room and the biryani!?

The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was amazing. The staff treated us really well and checked in on us regularly. They gave recommendations for touring the area.

Clean beds and bathroom

The hotel is a 2 star property being sold at 3 star property rate. Rooms are very basic. Staff is not trained. The evening receptionist was very rude. No hot water at the property.

The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful for all things. One of the staff members was fluent in more than 6 languages and helped in making our stay convenient.

The menu requires addition of some more vegetarian options. Currently for vegetarians not belonging to Kerala the menu is a bit limited so expanding it can make the stay much more enjoyable for all.

Wifi was not working. This was not good.

The room is spacious and located in town. Easily accessible by any vehicle type. The hotel staff 's are trained professionals and their restaurant serves pretty good South Indian food, I don't know about other cuisines.

There was no Wi-Fi in the room and the building is bit older so there are wall breaks in the room which looks dangerous.

Wonderful experience nice staff well behaved stayed there for 2 nights 3 days which will be nearer to sight seeing place

Best part the location, its on the Highway.Clean , big room , good parking place.

I didn’t anything if I am pointing AC is not working bathroom is not clean at all.

A spacious room, friendly, helpful staff, set on the edge of town, so quiet, tasty breakfast. A beautiful view from the bedroom window.

The only problem we found was the curry and cooking smells that came up through the bathroom vents. The area always smelled very strongly of food, so it was important to always keep the bathroom door shut and dry out the towels in the main room.

Value for money stay with superb food. Good parking area, right on the highway hence easy to locate.

Few more facilities like a kettle in the room, better room service as there was only one person managing whole floor.

Food was good and at a reasonable price, the staff at the hotel was really cooperative and helpful. Clean rooms and corridors. Overall a pleasent experience.

The room was spacious and clean.

However, their were some maintenance issues like the door lock fitting was loose and the hot water kettle was not working. The food was not good at all. So we decided to skip the complementary breakfast and had it elsewhere.

Closer proximity to the centre and spacious with rooms

Dirty linens and the pictures were truly not what to be expected. Strong air freshener used which was really annoying. Toiletries were not provided and had to ask to get it refilled
