Very good room and spacious. All the facilities were near perfect. Walkable to most of the resort's usable facilities. Breakfast and Dinner spread was impeccable.

Nothing as such. May be, something can be done about Monkeys not entering the balconys or rooms? :)

Loved the quiet forest setting, the greenery all around and how peaceful the property felt. The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were clean, and there were many activities for the kids. The food was surprisingly good too.

Response time can be improved, as requests often took longer than expected.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Half board food value was good.

The rooms could use a little updating and cleanliness in the shower area.A better coffee selection for breakfast would be nice.Monkeys at the pool were a little scary.

Everything about Sterling Wayanad was excellent. The location borders Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary, but unfortunately we were unable to step out or experience wildlife due to restrictions. However, the property made up for it by offering a range of indoor and outdoor activities including cycling, walking trail and pottery. The food was amazing so were the staff in accommodating all our requests. All in all a bunch of professionals. Special mention to Mr. Dileep from activities who kept us entertained through some hilarious campfire activities.

The Engagement effort of Dileep in the Discovery Center - he did very well to keep everyone engaged. Its a difficult ask these days as they are always glued on their Mobile phones.Extremely Courteous Staff both in the resort & restaurants.Property Setup - was good and self sufficient.

I like the Pond where Fish feeding happens - however I felt it was dirty and not cleaned regularly.

Everything! The fun activities at night by Mr. Dilip and his team was very entertaining. We really loved it. The rooms were silent and comfortable. We will visit again.

The power outage due to weather was bit concerning.

We liked the staff. At reception, for room service, in dining area, at activities, all were well behaved & accommodating. However activities coordinator Mr. Dileep was exceptional. Fun to talk to, he made the stay very pleasant. Also the day trips itinerary he shared was very helpful. Looking forward to go to this place again

Rooms were a bit smelly to start with. Children play area could be covered by cork rather than natural soil and pebbles as it can hurt toddlers exploring on their own.

Expensive. Limited choice and nowhere to go as city is quite far. Room service is expensive than restaurant

excellent place to stay. it’s very family friendly resort. very well maintained. clean and comfortable. customer service was top notch. very well trained staff to provide best customer service. especially the front desk staff name Greesha, who gave us the best service from check in to check out. rooms were spacious. they had 2 restaurants but the multi cuisine restaurant had good option of breakfast and food. taste was awesome. well maintained pool. can complain a thing about the resort.

although we didn’t take any kids, a suggestion is that the kids play area has to be improved also need to revamp the activity area.

Hospitality. The staff are really good. Special mention to Boni. Also, a superb spacious room.

Food was ok, but the prices for room service were over the roof.

Didn’t feel at all reasonable and they also charged tip on the final bill without my consent. Had to call the staff for most of the common facilities.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The property is located at the edge of the forest and just suitably far away from thenoise of the town. The resort is manned by an excellent set of professionals who are genuinely happy to have you as their guest. Very eco friendly, the resort can hardly be seen among the foliage of green that they have painstakingly nurtured. Their restaurants offer a delectable spread and managed by Mr Jose who is the Executive Chef. Mr Bidhan and Mr Suman are buzzing around the restaurant and are some of the most happy and patient staff I have seen. The infectiously enthusiastic Mr Dileep is your man to go to for information and activities. His interactions with us were informative and entertaining... He also is a fantastic photographer. It's a place to unwind, and let yourself be taken care of by the staff of this wonderfully located and staffed resort. Highly recommended.

Got superb hospitality from staff. right from house keeping to chef. Dileep is a superb entertainer. he was added feather in our Sterling Wayanad strip.
