Le Villagio Resort & Domes

We stayed for two nights in both a dome (tent) and a single-bedroom apartment. We are a family of five—my wife, our two children, my mother, and myself—and we had booked both accommodations in advance.We arrived late for check-in, but unfortunately, the rooms were not properly prepared for new guests. There was leakage from the washbasin, and the toilet facilities were not in proper working condition.During our stay, we reported several issues. The washbasin was leaking, the electric kettle was not working, and later we discovered that the entire kitchen had no power, leaving us with no alternative arrangements. The bath towels were in very poor condition and extremely old. Toilet paper was not placed in the rooms and had to be requested. Almost every basic necessity had to be asked for, which clearly showed a lack of professional management.The breakfast quality was also very poor. Overall, the resort is poorly maintained, and based on our experience, I would not recommend it to families.

Great dome stay — clean, spacious, and beautifully set up. The highlight was the very big, nice jacuzzi which made the experience even better. Relaxing atmosphere overall.

Over hyped, over priced! Unprofessional staff, delayed service, below average breakfast. One of the reception staff even gave out personal imformation to a stranger who called pretending to be a friend without checking/information.

No Wi-Fi coverage in Dome , complementary breakfast is unsatisfactory.

i was called twice after checking out for a tea bill of 60 rupees when already i had asked the reception if there was anything due, no one came to clean the room or take used tea cups, pathetic service for the amount they charged for 2 days

They have a nice and good spread of breakfast and the it was quite tasty. We enjoyed 2 days of scrumptious breakfast with fresh and hot coffee and tea. We enjoyed the resort and its facilities. Though we thought of going out for a sightseeing, but could not because the resort atmosphere was quite good and relaxing.

There is nothing in particular that we did not like, both the staffs and facilities are quite good and reasonable. Both Wilton and Mysore cafe which the staff recommended for lunch and dinner was worth trying.

The property was good and easily accessible rooms, pool and club house was good. The breakfast provided was excellent. Staffs were friendly

Such a peaceful getaway with super helpful staff. Krishna sir was an amazing host in terms of guiding to the room, outdoor activities, food etc. The hospitality was top notch plus the view is serene.

The look of the domes. That's pretty much IT!

1)The service needs to be more mindful .many of the staff seem to be unaware about how to do things.In many cases instructions were not followed even after requesting for things prior.2) there's no restaurant on site .While the tie up with Wilton restaurant is decent ,there are no real solutions for quick snacks or emergencies.3) The staff need to be more personable and approachable. When tourists come to the place they want information and tips to help make their trip more rounded.The staff here seemed the least bit interested in sharing any interesting insights into the place or the probable tourist spots.They seemed to merely be going through the motions.4) The breakfast spread needs to be either better tasting ( if the menu is going to be limited) or bigger in terms of options.5) for the services rendered it's Definitely NOT worth the price. The place needs immediate price correction

Good location.... Any need cleaners.... Good behaviour of staffs... Time adjustable... Near good hotels available etc all the tourist place near this location

Property is very well maintained and is surely value for money. We were group of 13 people and stayed in apartments. Club house & pool area was very clean.Staff was very helpful especially the Manager of the resort Mr. Krishna - he was always available to help and friendly to us. Even made arrangements of Jain food on our request.I would surely recommend this resort to anyone who is planning a trip to Wayanad.

Nothing specific.

We stayed in the 2BHK apt ( with AC), room was large and clean. The place is very quiet , 500m from the main road. One can catch a auto to the town which is close by in case they travel without a car. There is no inhouse restaurent but zomato delivery is availble.We had a comfortable stay.

Breakfast is very limited , issue is in this region they keep only south indian items ( idli /sambhar).

I really enjoyed my stay in Le villagio resort.Rooms are clean and tidy, Staffs are very friendly overall i had a good experience there.

Clean rooms, balcony view was good, parking, WiFi and proximity to town.

Appears no timely maintenance to the facilities. Bathroom was not clean. There is only one bathroom in the two bed room apartment. I had stayed there 3 years before and was good at that time but now looks average
