Woodrose Resort Wayanad

Hospitality is top notch. All staffs are well trained on how to behave with the guests making the stay extremely smooth. The resort location is the best part. One of the best view of chemra peak. Cozy vibes at every corner. The food is prepared in house keeping taste and hygiene in mind. The breakfast spread was different each day. So it doesn't get boring.

This was the best stay I ever had until now. I have not seen this kind of hospitality from any of the other resorts. The view and the location of this resort is top notch. Such a beautiful property, so nice hospitality. Best value for money.

We stayed at Woodrose for 4 days, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. Even before we arrived, Mr. Thomas guided

Spectacular view from the balcony, lovely cosy cottages, great facilities and lovely friendly staff.

The accommodation was lovely, with fabulous views. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. The swimming pool was perfect for a swim. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a great place to stay.

The stay was very comfortable and rooms and bathrooms were clean and maintained.I loved the lunch served. the service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and quick at service .

1. Breakfast was not at all good. except for omelettes. Nothing was tasty. please work on this. change d chef.2. SPA was only for namesake. Both the masseuse were friendly and professional but they did not justify the massage. they have to improve their technique.3. TV was too small . none of the remotes were working n wall clock also was stuck.4. showers to be fixed water was over flowing from the Shower.5. there were no storage cabinets in the room.

Incredibly welcoming and friendly personnel, with manager Thomas as the superhost! He arranged a very nice rickshaw driver for us, that took us a whole day all around the area. Beautiful venue and view. Highly recommend!

One cannot walk to the city centre, you'll need your own vehicle or a rickshaw.

There should be towels arranged in the pool area till the closing time.

Nothing at all

The resort is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and offers stunning views of Chembra Peak and the surrounding hills. Manager Vineeth and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite arriving at 5:30 a.m., Mr. Vineeth promptly responded to our call and kindly arranged an early check-in for a small additional fee. The self-service buffet breakfast was delicious, and while the canteen food was simple, it was consistently tasty. Overall, it was an excellent and serene experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Wayanad.

The access road to the resort from the main road is quite steep, though it is properly constructed. Larger autos and cars can easily reach the hotel reception, but smaller autos from Kalpetta town might face some difficulty climbing the slope. On the bright side, the resort's elevated location provides breathtaking views, making the climb well worth it.

Great view, nice swimming pool and there are some extra activities for a relaxed and fun stay.

Thomas the manager was just brilliant. He was always there always helpful and a top professional. If he was in England I would poach him to work for me!!!

Spa and Gym could be a bit cleaner otherwise everything perfect

Beautiful views - and a nice, spacious log cabin ! Very helpful staff ! Excellent breakfast spread ! Mr Thomas and Vineet did an excellent job in handling our special requests ( they brought us fresh jackfruit from their home ) and arranging for transport for the onward journey .

It would be good to have meshes on the windows to keep insects away

Good location, good staff, Spa was good and worth to payment, good breakfast.

Need to take care of room to remove moisture and fungus. Fungus smell in room due to rain. They can use moisture absorbant silica gel bags and provide proper ventilation.

Really appreciate the behaviour of the management. So kind and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. With breathtaking view from the balcony and a hearty Kerala breakfast, the stay was memorable ❤️It’s hard to maintain such a property but the hardwork Mr. Thomas and his team puts in to maintain the cottages is really commendable.
