Booked the rooms based on the pictures u have uploaded on site. Unfortunately we realised those pictures were taken during the inaugural time of the resort. The cottage was very bad. Not having hygiene. The rooms and toilet were poorly organized. Toilet was leaking and bad smell was coming. Atleast try to maintain basic quality before u eager to receive money on time.... Pathetic resort.never recommend this to anyone in future...

Overall the place is good and located in near vicinity of main road and attractions. Its a calm and peaceful place. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Has two swimming pools and kids play area. The stream of water through the property makes it very unique.

Property overall has huge capability but would need some refresh as buildings and facilities have started to age. Rooms need better lighting. Resort needs to provide more indoor options, more games etc as the place receives lot of rain. A place for family to sit together with some bonfire etc would make the experience even better,

Apart from Food , everything was good

The stay was comfortable but the only negative is the food, it was not good.All days same menu was there and taste was also not good.

Beautiful Resort amidst greenery, two separate swimming pools, activity and play area, lot of swings inside the resort, there is a beautiful stream of water flowing inside. Camp fire arrangement was a major attraction.

Food and the arrangement was below average.

Breakfast was very good, good quality South Indian food served. Good location and staff very nice and helpful

Location is good

Wi-Fi is very poor and very less options for vegetarian food. It will take around 45-1 hr to wait for food. Food was also not good and swimming pool was not cleaned

The stay was v.comfortable. Particularly, people are very nice. Sanish, Nandana, Kavya were very accommodating in any possible requests. 1 day extension request was easily taken care. His staff tried to serve to their best possible way. Security person (Mohammed) was very helpful & nice person.Rooms are good, facilities are ok. Breakfast was good enough.Overall a pleasant stay. Thanks to Nandana & Kavya & entire staff for their services.Truly appreciable, very relaxing place..would surely recommend this.

In Breakfast, variety can be improved. Juice options can be more added, existing juice is watery.

The greenery and Mountain View. spacious rooms

non- cooperative staff no wifi inside the room no water bottles provided from 2nd day of stay. On equiry; they said water will be provided only on 1st day of stay no room cleaning service even after request no cold water provision, they don’t even keep cold water bottles in their restaurants or office. they rejected our request to provide us cold water in the hot summer weather. Very disappointed no mini fridge provision in the room very low quality cushions and bed parking provisions only for about 7-8 cars very much interiorly placed with no adequate lighting through the way

Mesmerizing view and feels like you are staying within the nature's lap.....good spacious room, adequate facilities and helpful staff ....this is good place for vacation if you are family or group

The food was amazingly good when compared with the hotel's other facilities.

The approach road to the resort was terrible. You cannot use a sedan to reach the resort without the bottom of your car kissing the ground at least more than 10 times. Though the room were spacious,It didn't give us a villa or resort vibe, Could have a little more decoration and lighting to the perimeter outside.

Almost all indoor recreational facilities are completely or partially damaged. The swimming pool is good, but not well maintained. And the room service..

Spacious room with all facilities in the resort and tasty kerala style breakfast with multiple options. Very courteous staff.

The price of food items is a bit pricey.

Food is delicious.

Rooms are not being cleaned if the guest is staying more than 1 day in a room. Housekeeping staffs do not visit or inspect the room to check the requirements for continuous stay guests.

Road leading to the resort is poor actually you need an off road vehicle to get there . Poor amenities in the room, could do with a better attention to detail about cleanliness
