The room was very nice, big and modern. The hotel was situated in a very good location.
The room that we were situated in had really bad WiFi (room 107). As soon as you move away from the door, the WiFi disconnects, which is such a shame. The room would have been perfect if it had a balcony, too.
Very friendly staff and very well maintained rooms.. Good job.
Bar right outside the lodge
Hotel staffs were polite and professional. Location in the town area was easily accessible. Plenty of shops and nearby restaurants. Restaurant within hotel was excellent.
Room was a bit old with cracks on wall. Ventilation inside toilet was poor. After some time of turning off AC, toilets will be very smelly due to the lack of other circulation methods. Waste bin provided was small.
Good Staff and Service
Restaurant services could improve.Limited food choices.....could improve.
it’s located close by to waynad
The service is not great make sure you read the fine print the number of people they will let in a room and the cost for an extra bed or you will have surprises when you reach the hotel… Also don’t make large orders stick to the basics as they might not be able to handle your order
Passable
Food had ants in it.
Disappointing breakfast and dinner...Restaurant is for name sake...
