Hotel Allseason

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very friendly staff and pleasant stay. Good restaurant and excellent ayurvedic massage services.

I like the area

My flight was at night time they didn't let me to stay even though I stayed there for 10 days.

Room service food was good. Was nice to wake up to view of the lake. My son had fun in the pool. Morning shower water was hot and pressure was great which is not common in most hotels. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms having mold smell, old and worn-out beddings , Air ventilation was bad

do a proper maintenance for the room and its fitting & fixture, including A/C , treatment for Mold smell.

Close to ashtamudi lake

Old room. Paint was coming off from most of the walls.bad smell. It's just a budget hotel. No qualities of a resort. Bad food.awful biryani. Bad chef whoever it is.

It was located near to lake, so you got a nice view outside.

Need to improve in cleaning and maintaining amenities in the room.

Throwing garbage into the lake

forget about the hotel and its facilities, they dont know how to take care of the surroundings. their staff is throwing the garbage into lake behind the hotel. hv uploaded the pics for the same. they need to take care of the nature. we are here to see the beautiful Kerala and the way they are keeping it dirty is not at all accepted. we couldn't meet the owner of the hotel otherwise would surely make them understand the value of the lake and the nature.

Only location

When i checked in, tv, fridge not working. After my complaint they changed from other room. Means somebody checked out, hotel maintenance team not checked the room amenities and keep in good for other customer. Bed linen was broken and tooooo old, not washed properly. When i noticed to reception, linen team came to the room and changed. So this property staff is waiting the customer to notice and complaint to make rectification. Also rooms are look too old and walls are too dirty not even paited well. Near lift wall poisoned insect cage sttill there. Its not one day or one week it formed, mostly by more months old. Over all no proper staff caring to the building or facilities. Not even reccoment any one to book this hotel. Prices are high even food too costly, not in quality or quandity up to the mark. Restaurant chair and table, cannot sit in properly. All photos attached.

I never see this type of bad breakfast any where, is it 4 star?poor. Never recommend, wifi is poor, building is very old, not at all worth for money

Beautiful lake facing

No water boiler, lizard in room, bedsheets seems to be dirty, lack of hand towels & more interesting were the termites & white ants on the wooden furniture

Location was good.

Staff was unfriendly and check in was delayed by 30 minutes even after informed them earlier.

I liked the location and courtesy of the staff and excellent food

The room was supposed to be lake view , the room also had a balcony. The problem being the property had these rooms on the ground floor with huge trees in front completely taking out the lake view out of equation.. apart from that everything was spot on

Room Service Boy

Location is super. Breakfast was served in the room because of covid. The operation staff is polite and humble

Breakfast was served 45 min late despite having informed the staff of the timing the previous evening. The staff are polite but lack coordination among themselves. Coffe served was very cold. Breakfast was not a value for money . Staff had to be reminded often of what to be served. There was no hitwater kettle placed in the room at all.
