Overall the experience was great nice rooms and have pleanty of facilities stayed on the 7 th floor but so much noises on the night like some weights puts on the terrace

Comfortable, well appointed room, with a good view of the beach. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Range of options including European for breakfast.

Restaurant quite expensive for dinner.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff — Manu, Aparna, and Abhirami — were exceptionally good. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was well taken care of. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

I posted the below feedback about my disappointing stay on the hotel’s Google business profile as well. About this property - There is a convention centre located within the hotel premises, and on the night of my stay, the music was blaring from around 7:00 PM until 11:15 PM. I contacted the front desk twice, and both times they claimed they would notify the convention centre — yet absolutely nothing was done. This level of disregard for guests’ comfort is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.To make matters worse, the sink in my bathroom was completely clogged and never fixed during my stay. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was the worst I have ever encountered — constantly dropping and painfully slow. Horrible!Overall, a deeply disappointing experience. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I even recorded the excessive noise clearly audible from my room on the 4th floor. Totally messed up my sleep. The food was good, the rooms were spacious and clean and the view is great.

Big rooms and sea facing picture window. Loved watching the kites flying underneath us as we were high up . Very clean . Kettle in room . Staff all very helpful .

Constant industrial industrial type noise from pumps/ air-con units / fans and goodness knows what . All day and all night and have slept in many hotels and never experienced anything like this before .

Good size room with good aircon and a hot shower. It had a bar.

The hotel is definitely not 5 star, more like 3 at a push. It's dated and in serious need of repair and upgrading. The seats in the bar are ripped, the windows are filthy, so it's hard to see the view. The bathroom flooded, no towels, the swimming pool area is a disgrace as is the imediate hotel outside area. It's definitely not worth £50 a night. Breakfast was so poor we refused to pay for it.

The rooms are large and well laid out. We had a room to the side of the building which did have a view of the sea via a jutting out section. The bed was OK and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast had a good range of food, to suit most tastes even if you don't want spicy food. There is a bar that serves till 10.45pm. There is a small swimming pool, but not really anywhere poolside to lie out.

The room, whilst OK, wasn't quite as nice as the pictures online would have you believe, Our room was a bit tired, especially the bathroom and could do with a refurb. There is no UBER in that part of Kerala, and so you had to order a taxi though the hotel, which I felt took a substantial mark up for a relatively short journey, and the taxi didn't even have seat belts (all the others I've travelled in when in India, have had). The bar was OK, but had run out of coke, tonic water and ginger ale, not sure why as it was a Tuesday!

Not a 5 star by anyones standard and pricey for what it is. Unless the hotel rating system is broken, this property should be 3.5 stars at best.

Clean, close to beach, breakfast good variety.

Fridge didn't work and they replaced if after the third complaint. Room only single beds although we booked double bed room. Building needs renovation.

Wonderful location. Very helpful staff. Spacious rooms with good interiors. Reasonably clean linen. Very good swimming pool. Spacious lobby.

FOOD FOOD FOOD. Management needs to really look into the problems with food preparations and room service of ordered food. One can not excuse themselves saying we had unexpected number of guests for the quality and service of food served in the hotel. Even the adjoining Seafood Restaurant at the beach-front the service was pathetic and horrible wherein they attendants did not know how to arrange the table let alone serve quality food in time.
