Spending three days there surrounded by nature brought us great peace and relaxation. The delicious food served at the resort added to the joy of the trip — every meal was prepared with care and reflected the rich flavors of Kerala cuisine.One of the most memorable moments was the boat ride on the serene Ashtamudi Lake, right beside the resort. The calm waters, the gentle breeze, and the view of the setting sun over the lake created a magical atmosphere. To be honest nothing was good to like in this so called 5 star resort

The communication, staffs behaviour, room service, no electricity at times, food was repeatedly the same..

Good location and lovely staff. Excellent food could include more of non-veg .

Room was too small,Not the same we got when we booked online.

Room service was not as expected. Morning no tea/coffee. It was told that they will start at 7.30 only.Room service phone was ringing long time, no pick up.

A lovely peaceful place to stay if you are looking for complete relaxation. We had a lovely big room with a balcony overlooking the lake. Beautifully kept gardens. There were several types of rooms within the property, villas , studios and pool villas. Huge property. Beautiful lake views. Lovely pool.

The location isn’t great, there is nothing near it once you come out of the property. You definitely need a car if you want to get anywhere.

The staff pushes the Club Mahindra Membership onto you, which is not a pleasant experience.

Very bad experience. Not worth the money

Took 1 hour to check-in, room had mosquitos, ac not working properly, room telecom not working, cold food served in buffet breakfast and dinner, hotel staff is not welcoming. Services not as per the price of the room.

Good breakfast spread of veg / non-veg dishes. Ample time for breakfast - 7:30 am to 10:30 am. (Ashtamudi) Lake fronting location with beautiful view of other islands, Chinese fishing nets. Variety of boat rides on the lake. Nearby Jatayu Earth Centre is a wonderful sightseeing location.

Front water, food and peace at place.

Staff at the activity disseminated false and partial information. As a result, my family must endure an hour of misery, which causes my mother to suffer from severe back pain. The person going by the name of Durga was ludicrous, unwilling to admit his error, and exuded a disregard for both his position and the welfare of others.Overall, it has been a stressful stay because I have to worry about my family's health. Moreover lacking speed boats, a prominent restaurant that is a major point of interest not operating, and a disgruntled man make the situation worse.

The location. Right on the lake front. You can just laze around the balcony for hours taking in the views. It's little away from the touristy places and that is a plus!Range of facilities: Swimming Pool, Play Area, Spa, etcStaff seems to be happy to help

Some of the bits related to room cleanliness could be better.While the quality of food is good, the amount they charge for it is atrociousCruise, Excursion options available from travel desk are pricey

Resort people provide only extra bed with out cot, if they provide extra foldable cot that will be convenient.
