Cons -
- The actual place is way too different from what is shown in the pictures. Felt like duped. The room is very unclean. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and keeps wobbling the whole time. The overall place looked nothing less than a cheap per hour place and not recommended if you are with a female and looking for a clean, safe and convenient place to stay. The toilet was so untidy with snails crawling out from the basin. I am shocked how a platform like booking.com can even list such places.
- They didn't even consider the booking , they charged 1100 for a room and told us they had nothing to do with online booking.
- No break fast &drinking water provided as agreed while online booking

Dear OYO,I've been booking rooms by using this app many times ,till yesterday I was very satisfied with your service .But the ro OYP 82484 VR Lodge have changed my opnions about you .After a long travel We reached the spot at 9.15pm. Already I've paid half the payment online , But when I reached the hotel they were forcing me to pay rest amount in their account . Normally during check out only rest have to be paid .Any way I agreed and decided to pay.But they told there won't be any food available in mng .Already in my booking Breakfast was added .Complementary breakfast was there in the booking , but they are not ready to provide food .After a long argue finally they reduced 80 rupee and rest amount was paid to their account .In room there was no water bottles / soap We had to pay extra for water and soap .Normally in your booking these was provided .Any way we adjusted and went to room .There was so bathing towel , we took our towel After batch wen tried to sleep there is no blanket .We had booked an AC room , without blanket how can we put AC , or how will we sleep ??We went to reception area there was no one , we called them then also no response from their side We waited till 12am , complaint was done in OYO also but no response from their side also.Totally unsatisfied about the service and waste of my money , sleep and mood .
