Too small even family room. No hand soap. One hanger. No cupboard. Little SPACE.

Location towards Thai border

The front top room window was bad no sound proofCan’t sleep noise from lorry bikes engine

Cant sleep, because of mosquito attack our leg until morning

near main road. for OKU, i can request ground floor room, add another rm10

Near to UUM for my convocation.

At the price of RM200, the room should have kettle. It is not convinient to go down from level 3 to the G floor to get hot water in the middle of night or early in the morning i.e. at 5am. Should upgrade this basic facility.

Very easy to find. Near the town’s and shop. Staff very friendly ???

Ample parking and very close to main road.Good air conditioning and quiet.Simple queen bed but cosy.

Poor tv channels but doesnot matter as i am not watching any.Can improve on the lighting set.up especially for dim light for night sleep

Huge parking spot. Easy access to nearby highway to Kuala Perlis. Easy access to the small town.

Toilet smell a little. Room wasn't clean properly. Got hairs on the floor and i am a bald guy. Maybe need to vacuum properly instead of just sweeping the floor

The rest of the thing of the hotel is ok for me. Strategic location, friendly staffs, facilities bit old but is on par with the price.

I was staying at the room facing the main road, the loud noise from the traffic was simply unbearable, and the noise pollution just going on the whole night!

Hotel location by main roadside is very convenient. Easy to access and to park my car. There's many foodstalls and restaurant facilities nearby that makes my family dining so convenient. I will definitely repeat again.

There's no water kettle and hot drinks facilities available inside the room. Only mineral water bottle is available inside the room. But overall the room/bed facilities is sufficient for a short stay.

Location, parking and price.

Color of the room kinda ugly but i usually stay for a night only so its fine.

Strategic location by the roadside

Need to go out of the room to do ironing and there's no hook for hangers after ironing

The location close to many restaurants and shop. Near Starbucks and a mall. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Ample parking spaces. The check in was smooth and hassle free.

The room quite small but not a problem. Other than that, all is well!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room is clean. The shared iron comes in handy as I need to iron my tudung. The location is good.. Near the insurance agent and food stalls

The room is quite small for 3 persons. TV not quite working. And the room is not sound proof. Noise from jalan raya the main road was loud. And quite pricey if you book online compared to if you pay direct to the hotel.

A very comfortable room with basic amenities. Hotel maybe have been renovate previously.

1. No coffee or tea provided.2. Small of cigarettes enter my room from outside maybe some one smoking in the alley lane.3. Beware of breakfast food stall beside the insurance shop, i been charged with redicilous price for nasi lemak ayam kampung for Rm19.

it was nearby to petrol station, food, money changer and most importantly a place to buy car insurance for Thailand is just 2 minutes walk.

i found 3 cockroaches BIG ONES! one was even crawling on my clothes that I placed on the table. another one was crawling nearby where my toddler was playing with his toys on the floor. ugh!
