Tropical Deluxe Princess - All Inclusive

The food was awesome! The staff was so nice and we just had a really good and chill time.

The only thing I didn’t like was that it was a bit hard to get face rags and towels.

Beautiful hotel with a great beach and lovely pools, great for families.

The customer service and the food were AWFUL!

Room setup and facilities were very nice.

The main buffet restaurant staff were very rude and no professional. Sometimes we have to wait 5-10 minutes to get a cup of coffee, while they were there and talking to each other.

Everything!!! The view, rooms neat and clean everyday, you don¿t have to worry about being out of towels, workers very attentive. People at reception very friendly. The shows, the stores prices are not ridiculous. Food food food was terrific. Great !!!

Maybe more pool towel rooms close to every building? Not a biggie tho because it makes you walk around and enjoy the beauty of the resort.

All of the staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned daily. Property was beautiful. Food was decent. We loved this place!

We did not find out that we needed an exit slip to check out until our driver arrived to pick us up. Not a huge deal but this should have been explained to us at check in.

The food was delicious ¿¿ never run out. Staff was friendly & helpful. The place is always clean. I love the environment and the beautiful site. I will surely recommend Tropical Princess to friends and family. I'll be back.

My room flooding full of septic water and damaging my clothes and my shower water cold and tv not working and charging me an Excessive amount of money for things that cost one dollar.

Absolutely nothing Stay far far away save your time and money

Hotel old, dirty, unsanitary, staff lacking customer service. Would not recommend to couples or families. Stayed sick from Buffett. Dirty stained sheets, stained couch, mold tub and bugs in sink, broken doors, dirty mattress, electrical problems, filfthy!

The staff was very friendly and made sure I was enjoying every moment of my birthday vacation. Everyone was pleasant and greeted me daily. The waiters treated me extra special.

The water for showering wasn't hot enough.

They gave me an upgraded room for couples

No hot water in shower. Service to fix problem went very late and at the end problem was not fixed

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed how everyone made an effort to understand me although my Spanish is not great. I would recommend this resort to all of my friends and I would certainly stay here again.

The only thing I did not like was that the water in the shower was always cold.

Location on the beach with 3 pools on the property

Modestly furnished, stingy on towel service, never give you face cloths. We would call for face cloths, may or may not bring them. Water would not drain well in the shower. Had a problem with sewer smell in the room so we moved to vacant unit next door.

I liked the room, and their food and bars around the hotels, the pools were very enjoyable and their disco is also very nice.

The staff service was not quite so pleasant, they are somewhat opinionated and become freandly too quickly and the ones that do not are just plane rude, there is no balance! If you speak spanish the hotel staff thinks they are neighbors of urs, Not cool
