Was not able to pay cash for the room, was charged on my credit card with a high interest rate. Bathroom shower floor not on a angle so water was all over the floor. Bed was rock hard.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

There was not microwave. I guess it was to get you to go to the upstairs dinning. We went to the upstairs dinning on our last day to have breakfast and the attendant did not speak any English. So we went elsewhere to eat.

No reading light, door doesn’t auto lock when you leave, all my belongings were exposed to risk

Danna is very pretty she is very helpful I also like the breakfast in the morning

I like the pool in the hotel and the room need a iron press clothes

The location is wonderful, they need the personnel with a better smiling actitudes.

Lots of kids running around the rooms & moving fornituras, security went to tell them something but it keep t happening. Breakfast was so so in taste & staff where the kitchen not with a smile. NO cable TV ir wifi.

The staff. They have elevator so we can easily get the bags to the upper floors. The bedroom is big and the beds are comfortable. Very good air conditioning.

The toilet was clogged. The TV didn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t what they said in the Menu, didn’t have Mangu, only bread.

The value for money was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful — Special thanks to Michael for his outstanding service! The location was great: walking distance to the beach, close to many restaurants and bars, in a safe and walkable area with visible police presence.

Everything was generally fine, and with a few small touches, it could feel even more comfortable and pleasant.

- location is not so good, - out of proper maintennance - water flood and AC are not the required for these kind of Hotel - breakfast almost the same, very simple too fry ... too simple

It was incredible and we had a wonderful time, the beach is walking 8 minutes very close, and it is beautiful, I would return without a doubt, the breakfast was very good, we loved everything, the room was very clean!

The location is great, 10 minute walk from the beach, the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, breakfast was okay (menu style), rooms are spacious and light. Overall a good value for the money.

Great value for a comfortable stay in Punta Cana. Access to their beachfront hotel is nice. Breakfast at the beachfront hotel was excellent and he loved Angie’s energy (she was so friendly and fun).

Air conditioner needs to be cleaned. Smelled moldy so if you are mold sensitive be mindful.

The proximity of the beach

There is two Green Coast Hotels but they are advertised as one. When I arrived, I was told I was on the other one ( no the one showed on pictures) The costal green needs improvement in terms of facilities, windows didn’t open, neither did the door for the balcony. I was exhausted so didn’t even complain as I was got there at midnight and left at 10am next day. Staff was nice but that’s about it. Not worth the money ( there are cheaper hotels with better facilities and amenities).

The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the WiFi worked well. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around. The hotel was near a private beach, which was a huge plus, and we enjoyed having WiFi and cocktails while relaxing by the water.

TV remote didn’t work —but we weren’t there to watch TV anyway!
