Pool,able to cook for yourself the cleaness of the room.

Wifi was going in sns and out fire alarm want off 3 times well we was there. They had to restart the key card cause it want out 3 times and they had to let us in.

The rooms are large The grocery store is within walking distance. Kitchen fairly well equipped. Large windows. The staff is super sweet.

Apartment. Advertised that it has a gym, it does NOT. Lots of street noise. No A/C in living rooms, only a ceiling fan. All window locks were inoperable on my 2nd floor unit. Never adjusted a/c sensor to make 1 bedroom unit functional.

This hotel is the worst place you could stay on vacation. There were worms in the bathroom and a leaking air conditioner that wet the bed. I reported the issue, but no one responded. I booked another hotel the next day and left. They did not refund.

The price

Not elevators, no room service, no phone. No pool or jacuzxy working, no electricity for 9 hours, all our food was on the refrigerator was spoil, walk on your own risk at night, street full oh potholes. The management didn't care at all. Handicap not.

None... I think the lie on the reviews....

The service was horrible. Office people are not professional it all. I will never stay in the hotel again...bad experience. They don't care about you, they only care to receive your money.

Near the airport, beach, malls and restaurants

The same driver tried to use the same technique offering to drop-off us at the airport when we were checking out. We politely declined and took an uber insteadResistance to change bedsheets after one week stay. Changed after a lenght exchange of messages putting the blame on us. I had to send a picture proving that the bed had no sheets. Received bedsheets late at night aftee 9 pm.Language barrier : Only Spanish.

It was walking distance to Ole supermarket, ATM, food shops, and a lot of other things. Friendly neighborhood. Very safe. Thanks Mr. Sandoval and security .

Just the exterior was a little bit out dated. But nonetheless a great place.

The area was great and accessible. The pool area was clean and not too busy.

as we walked in the apartment we saw cockroaches crawling on the bed in Master bedroom.

Very quiet, safe, and beautiful resort with a large pool and kind, helpful professional staff! Stores-including a large supermarket, small restaurant, bars, and other stores are available within 5-8 minute walk, very safe and secured neighborhood where people keep their doors unlocked, the area around is very beautiful with many other hotels and condos around. No loud music during the night time and relaxing atmosphere. Important thing is plenty of hot water in shower, while in many other hotels hot water is only available for about 5 minutes , while in Bavaro green it was available non-stop.

Well, the photos are outdated. And the hotel water was scolding, so it was cold showers for my stay. I only saw 1 roach, and it came out of the air conditioner in the bedroom. They come every 2 days to give you towels. And on the 4th day, they give you new sheets. The doorbell didn't work, so they just opened the door all the way and knocked. I was sleeping each time they did this. The refrigerator didn't work. The freezer was ok. The stove had 4 out of 5 working burners. They offered a $30 round-trip ride from and back to the airport. The driver was cool. You have to leave the card key in a slot next to the door, or the power will shut off. And to leave, you need the card key , and obviously, to get back in. I paid $200 U.S. for a 9 day stay. It was better than most motel 6s in the United States. I've stayed at some horrible ones in the U.S.. This was a little better. But not by much. There is a supermarket nearby, but if you buy food, you can't keep it cold, cause the fridge doesn't work. So some food was wasted and thrown away. The TV in the living room didn't work. The ceiling fan in the living room didn't work. They security guard at night was always sleeping. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as Ole supermarket. Prices in the area are a bit higher than expected. My vacation was decent, but the driver wanted $40-$50, round-trip to go to the beach. I didn't use the pool. I had a decent stay here, but I won't be back. I'll just pay to stay at a resort next time. I cleaned up after myself and took a video just in case they say otherwise. I almost slipped in the shower, so i bought a mat from Ole. I also bought a bath mat. If you want to stay here, just remember what I said about the water in the shower, scolding or cold, no in-between. And the fridge does not work. It was clean enough for me

The location was good, the apartment was comfortable and cost was very affordable.

You can tell the place used to be a great property, but now is in need of big renovations. Very outdated kitchen, ceiling needs repair and the building in general need repairs.

It was very quiet and it’s easy to locate. It’s also near central area in punta Cana

The apartment is clean, spacious, and well equipped. All utilities were clean and good to use , just a few little things as leaking water from the sink or fridge, not knowing where, but most of the time was water on the floor. The kitchen furniture was run down. The pool was nice , we did not use it and was out of work for 2 days. The location is good , less than 10 minutes walk to Ole supermarket or guagua station. Nice to have AC in the room , easy check in and check out .Good price for what you get.

The receptionist/ manager's attitude changed completely after we paid . Could be nicer and look at people when talking to them. We asked twice for toilet paper, and we ended up buying it because they gave us 1 roll for 7 days.

My room did not have hot water. I was given a second room and it had a faulty shower head that sprayed water in every direction but in the shower. I had to tie a bag around it to get to work. I could not view the tv and only the bedroom was cool. Alll other common areas were very hot. I was changed to a third room and it was not clean. The bathroon garbage can had dirty daipers and a used feminine napkin. When I brought the garbage to the front desk I was accused of placibg the items in the garbage. I am a 63 year old man traveling alone. Finally their was a black out and no generator to keep the water hot and flowing, keep the food in the refrigerator from roting and keep the room cool. Using the pool was not an option because it was full of green moss, the water was cloudy and the filter was broken. I had no choice but to stay several days with family friends . I have pictures to prove each complaint I have made.

Very dirty. The fridge freezer is not working. Staff at the office only one spoke English she's rude, not helpfully, and not welcoming. Kitchen very smely and dirty.

Well situated gated area so felt safe however one on f the 2 gates was allways open with the security guard in place, they just let everyone pass without checking.

Very simple no service but at the price paid to be expected. Too many cleaning staff and no maintance person. My toilet seat was detached, , the flint from my stove did not work and they didn't supply matches, i had to ask for them at the reception.

The staff wasn't there. I had to look for them to check in and out or to direct me where the apto was located.

It's hard to get there, in a crappy neighborhood and the staff in the office, also the maintenance employees shouldn't be gathering in the entrances.

Staff is very nice and professional, the neighborhood is safe and secure, everything works, stores and restaurants are within walking distance, quite and beautiful.

Everything very quite and clean felt like one big family?

Only thing the bed was too hard ?
