Secrets Tides Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

The hotel is really clean and well kept. Majority of the workers are very friendly and helpful

We didn't get a welcome drink. I told the person at check in that it was our anniversary. There was no acknowledgement. We didnt get any special happy anniversary banner or othe special things like other guest. The first night our waiter was very rude.

The pools and the relaxation with the friends around the pool. The access to the pool and the amenities was wonderful.

The food left ALOT to be desired. All chicken dishes were dry. At the Patio they burned my fajitas and then tried to convince me that I wasn’t used to eating fajitas out of a skillet. It was very insulting.

All bar staff/waiters/waitresses worked extra hard to make sure you always had a full drink. Many resorts give you one or two and then don't pay attention. It was almost like their lifes work was to make sure your drink was always full.

Some negatives was that smoking was allowed in certain areas, but not necessarily enforced. We had one person smoking a big cigar in the pool which bothered some people. Overall, not a smoky resort. But it could bother you.

It's a little further from Punta Cana airport than some other resorts but worth the trip.

The food was not the best we have had at an all inclusive resort. It wasn't terrible but not great either.

The staff were wonderful!

Evening activities were hit or miss. Two restaurants were closed.
