We liked the public spaces and the food.

The bathroom in our room needed more attention and it had a small leak.

Worst customer service ever! They treat you like criminal! I reported a defected cafetera in my room, they forced me to pay even though I explained calmly I didn’t break it and it was broken already that was why I reported! Impossible to talk to any manager or anyone in charge, all they care is get your money and forget about any basic hospitality manners! Second not least, food sucks, all the restaurants there and the buffet are disgusting bland cheap food. Even the fruits are of bad quality!

1. Do not eat at their only one poor restaurant, the Mexican, food was horrible.2. Not enough lounge chairs at the pools outside of the main pool3. more items at the young children clubhouse

Absolutely beautiful landscape and beach.

The Lobby area sitting; the cushions are worn and should be updated more frequently.

A lot of mosquitoes within my room. It seems the pest control was not performed recently and room has nof been in use quite often.Also, the service could be improved. Buffet personnel often have a bad demeanor.

I like the pools and the good spot of everything. I also enjoyed the night show.

I didn't like how people served the food. The pasta was not how I expected. They lack of variation

Staff service was very good, the tepankaki restaurant was excellent!! The show the chef did was very good as well making guests to participate creating a great experience. Fruits, natural fruits juices and the pastas made at the spot were my favorite

The glasses were too smallll!!

During my recent stay, I greatly appreciated the amability and professionalism of the staff — it was truly the highlight of my experience. Their warm attitude and willingness to assist made a genuine difference and stood out throughout my visit.

During my recent stay, I noticed a consistent need to improve the overall quality of the food offered. The meat cuts were consistently poor, and the chicken served did not appear to be of premium quality. Additionally, the coffee machines were frequently out of service, which was frustrating and inconvenient.There was also a noticeable lack of variety in the food selection, especially when compared to other hotels in the area where I have stayed. I believe with some adjustments and improvements, the dining experience could be significantly enhanced for future guests.

The rooms could be a lil more updated and the beds and pillows were too hard
