AC Hotel Punta Cana

Location was great, everything I needed was within 10 blocks. Food , entertainment, shopping.

I had one problem, breakfast staff, from the looks of it everyone orders buffet, but I didn¿t I ordered from menu . The young lady was slower than usual with the drinks, I asked about my drink she gave me attitude, held her arm out,said one second.

The staff is exceptional, the rooms are very clean, the pool was wonderful, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the nachos and shrimp tacos! The local is right behind a shopping plaza and 3 banks as well as walking distance to excellent restauran

Bathrooms and rooms floors were disgustingly dirty and full of hair. Asked to get clean and took two days

Breakfast was good.The bed was great. The facilities and staff were great.

Our room had stains and dirt on the walls and some of the wallpaper was peeling. Caulking around shower was dirty looking. And there was a strong odour of some kind of spray or disinfectant.

For the price room small and no lounge chair and no balcony

Nilcina Yan has not handle my tax invoice properly. i should have received it upon payment, and its troubling because the invoice was issued incorrectly.

The staff was very kind, the menu choices were great.

Could have had better selections at breakfast for the buffet.

The breakfast and the staf service was great.

The shower has issues the water comes our to the floor and the towel gets wet. I think you should provide extra towell or feet towel, or to place a plastic foam or something that could prevent the water from weting the floor. You do not want to slip and fall with a wet floor.

I liked everything about this hotel. This is probably the only hotel that doesnt charge you for your service dog or make you book a more expensive room because of it. I love the hotel I love the staff and I love Marriott hotels. The best of the best!

The coffee and that there were not many options of sweets and snacks to buy from the reception area.

The outer building does need a good Power washing.

Great breakfast, although expensive if it isn't included in the room price. I appreciated the 2 bottles of water that were provided in the room since it's not possible to drink tap water. Very comfortable beds.

There was only one towel in the room (not even a floor towel and the shower splashed). It was an expensive room for what I got. The staff were pleasant enough, but could have been friendlier.

The AC was not cooling the room...

It was pretty and close to everything.

It said pet friendly but we were only able to have our dog on the room and on the bedroom and we were charged 50 dollar per day.The room never got cleaned and we only put the sign not to enter 2 times. (We were there for 4 days)

Servers in breakfast area were polite, friendly and willing to assist. The tour company in the lobby area was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Swimming pool, restaurant, Carmen’s services, the building in general.

Why didn’t leave towels, coffee and soup every day at the room. The guests must request every day and wait for those stuffs.

Location was good for downtown entertainment, 12 minute walk. They have a nice pool and a lobby restaurant with bar. The rooms are nice too

There was a long wait for the check in and food items are bit pricey.

Elevator is tiny Bathroom shower door is half open and floor level is the same. So floor mat is placed inside shower place for not water to flow outside.

Very clean place, great design. Comfortable bed and pillows. Korres bathroom amenities. Near shopping and other restaurants. Very nice large pool

Cold welcome, likely due to some parallel loud dispute between hotel staff and hotel guests. I was immediately uncomfortable and not pleased to be there. No one offered to help me with my bags. Checkout: Despite speaking to someone in the morning and confirming a late checkout, 15 mins before checkout I got a knock on my door from an unfriendly/impatient looking housekeeper. 5 minutes later, I got a call from front desk. I paid for late checkout but was bothered and questioned about it during my last 15 minutes… not my idea of a welcoming or relaxing experience. Guests hoard beach chairs by placing personal items and towels on them. Room bench and bathroom door needs maintenance (room 409). Far from beach.
