The wings and the pools were great probably my most memorable parts. Stayed in numerous all inclusive resorts. The pools were pretty big and accommodated a lot of people... at lest the one furthest away from the beach.

Soda machines usually out of soda, coffee machines out of coffee. And the usual problem for any hotel, people reserving their chairs and being absent for hours and hours

what i liked best was the a la carte restaurants, especially the hibachi style one was our favorite

the buffet style food was not the best and the service there was also horrible. we would be almost done with our food by the time a server would come and bring us water. whole time our room phone didn¿t work and the safe. we never got it fixed

There's one swimming pool with no music and too dirty to get in , I asked for info and no one knew anything booking for meals a la carte restaurants is a nightmare. We had a birthday party meal but no music was provided again asking questions is a waste o

The service was great. The resort was clean.

There wasn't an elevator. There was lots of mosquitoes in the lobby area and we got bit quite a bit.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Excellent Customer Service! Restaurants were excellent.

Didn't care for the food at the buffet. Beef was tough and grisly, scrambled eggs watery, fish had bones in it. The rooms were a little dark at night, even with all of the lights on. I would recommend switching from fluorescent bulbs to led bulbs.

The free shuttle from the airport

The hotel is way too large, some area are only accessible to some people depending of their package. There is no quiet bar open at night. There are a lot of rules. It¿s not possible to get bottled water.

Food, entertainment was amazing

Rooms and cleaning are terrible- mattresses appear to be 20 years old with no covers and no bedspreads. Few bars

Pool and beach area were very well kept. Great service at the these areas. probably due to the tips we were expected to give.

Our towels were never changed. I had procure my own toilet paper. Our floors were never cleaned so we had to walk in sand the whole week.The quality of the sheets, towels pillows and bed spread were old and worn. TV went out. mini bar never restocked.

Yes the bed. It's very hard and I was bitten by bed bugs. I had marks all over my body

When I got there to check in they told me the section of the Resort that I had booked at was sold out but that they had upgraded me to a room on a private penthouse floor (Only 1 room on the floor) in the luxury section, adults only. Awesome experience

Not enough single women

Service was very good.

This was an all inclusive resort which was supposed to have "premium" alcohol. They only had one type of beer, you couldn't even purchase better. Food was terrible. Pools closed very early.

This resort and the grounds were very clean.

The first 3 days the ceiling in our bathroom leaked! Maintenance came all 3 days and it finally got fixed the the ceiling fell into the bathtub! Management did nothing to compensate me and even called me a liar and said it was only 1 day.

nothing, just the disco more variety due to the fact there are a lot of visitors.

the resort was understaffed and we did not feel welcomed when we arrived. Not enough chairs at the pool and the beach was very crowded.

The staff made this hotel exceptional. Everyone is constantly working hard to keep the hotel clean and neat.

Good location, nice resort overall, helpful staff, good food selection, and fun bartenders who kept the drinks flowing :-)

My room wasn't as clean as I expected. During my visit I seen two roaches. There was holes in the towels as well. Old big back tv as well that need to be upgraded. Would suggest staying at the Luxary parts of the resorts for better sleeping quarters.

My Room air conditioner was not working properly, but, I actually didn't report the problem. The type of music used on the beach for entertainment should be at the level of the hotel. If want to bring the island culture on music; bring the best.

Everything, the location, the food, the staff. As well as there are many pool and a separate kids section. I have been to Punta Cana before and love it! Never disappointing!

The pool bar closes too early, hehehe We were disappointed that we could not get reservations for the restaurants we really wanted to dine in. The internet was poor as I am a business woman and needed access to the wifi.
