Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana - Adults-Only All-Inclusive Resort

The staff were phenomenal and very accommodating. They were very friendly and sociable, and made our stay a great success!

The bathroom area was antiquated with old tile in the shower; the toilet was hard to flush; and the door to the toilet would not close completely. Also, we had to place a towel over the shower drain due to roaches.

I feel that the hotel was understaffed and I felt pressured during the whole trip it seems that the hotel was trying to get as much out of the vacationers as possible due to the lack of tourism because of the Covid, I¿m pretty sure I won¿t be back

The staff was excellent from concierge.the wonderful lady that prepared our room every day. A pure joy to talk to. Everyone there should be proud, they always were friendly, courteous, and made you feel very much at home. Outstanding.

Resort should take ownership of transportation to and from airport.

chef of the Hibachi Restaurant is amazing. Not only with cooking but also excellent customer service and entertainment. Also, workers at the Coco Cafe went above and beyond at all times.

The rooms can use an update to a more modern look.

This was one of the best traveling experiences I¿ve ever had. The hotel the room the pool everything was absolutely wonderful. The wait staff at all of the restaurants were so friendly, the maid for our room was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that I found unfortunate which had nothing to do with the hotel nor anything they could control, was there was so much seaweed on the shoreline we could not go in the ocean. Again not in their control.

The grounds were beautiful.

Check-in was extremely slow and the rooms need updates.

The staff was absolutely the BEST! The cleanliness was  beyond exceeding my expectations. The Quality of the food  exceeded my expectations. I was amazed on how this hotel  past all my expectations. I will recommend 1000%. Special  thanks to employee !

The food was great!

The room was smelly. They did not want to change it. The TV was not working. Room defenitely did not worth the price!

The customer service at this hotel is excellent as well as the quality of the food.

I did not like the horrible hard pillows. The entertainment team is pretty bad (it lacks everything that involves entertainment).

Rooms are updated and nice! I dont eat meat and there were many food options. Loved the Entertainment and atmosphere was so nice. Great resort. Great location, great food. Highly recommend!!! Thank you

The swimming area for the beach was pretty small. It was blocked off by a net to prevent seaweed.

Well,I had problem constantly with my room keys to open the door like 5-6 times,I had to g back on for.Also,the 1st night someone tried to get into my room when I was sleeping, something i didn't expect to see at "5start" resort.very unhappy...

The wifi did not work in most places. Food was subpar. The liquors were very cheap and made the drinks taste terrible. The pools close at 7 and they do t allow you in the ocean after 7. No beach bar so you have to come back to the pool bar to get a drinks

Inclusivity was Paramount to an unbelievable stay. No need to worry about reservations or carrying cash for tipping.

Was nt too keen on the promotion of products and VIP services in addition to inclusivity package

I liked that everyone was so welcoming and always wanting to serve you any way they could.

Didn't like that some of the services we were suppose to get we had to ask for such as the snacks that were supposed to be put in the room. We only found out about them from the other guest. Felt cheated.
