Pillows really not good to small and uncomfortable

A very stylish building, with great decor. The basement restaurant is especially attractive, as it really reflects the age of the building.The room (and entire hotel) was very clean.Mine was a simple room, as I was travelling alone, yet it was still very nice.The breakfasts are nice, giving you the option of cooked food or a continental style buffet breakfast.The reception staff spoke English and were very nice and helpful, even arranging taxis to pick me up and return me to the airport.The hotel is very good value for money and centrally located in the town.

I really don't have any complaints.

Fantastic location near to bus, train, and tram. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all nearby. Free water in the room replenished every day.

Checkin difficulties with their card machine (not an issue with our credit cards as first suggested). Bed was hard and there was no hot water on our last day.

Design of hotel hallways and close to the train station.

Sosnowiec is very old and dirty. Full of drunk homeless people and also restaurant prices anywhere were much higher than in the capitol of Poland - Warsaw or even abroad where I live (England). This was ridiculous, no alternative to eat. Hotel restaurant had Michelin restaurant prices and was worst in money extortion than anything else. Felt like money extortion from tourists anywhere you go. Never go back to that city. It's a trap that looks horrible. Sosnowiec has nothing to show at all. I went to see a 1 day event. Glad I didn't stay longer.

Location was good but that's about all I can say good about this Hotel

No on site parking and had to find parking several blocks away. Room was stuffy and smelt on arrival. Noisy from street below. Turns out bed had bed bugs had been itching all first night , had bite on finger that swelled up see pictures below.

Very comfortable beds, clean, no problems to report

Nice place, right in the center of the city. Breakfast was big and delicious. Also, they have good parking spots with a security guy.

The only annoying thing was the heater in the room. It starts heating loudly and you always woke up to this noise. It's better to switch it off during the night, but then in a couple hours, it becomes could.

I did like hotel location. Good size room.

Water in the shower was warm not hot.

Overall impression - hotel overcharge for location. Room facilities are "tired" and I had room 302 sink clogged, than changed to 311 where sink was leaking.

If you ever are around Sosnowiec one or multiple nights, price quality, location, this ticks the boxes. Spacious rooms, great breakfast and super central. Staff is nice and if you need to work or late check out for additional fee it’s very much worth the price. I wish more places would have late check out for a fee.

I would say very much all good. Perhaps the shower/bathroom need to have a refresh, there some smells coming out of it.

Next to Railway station, Bys station, main Strret with shops and restaurants.

Unassuming from the outside, but well renovated and comfortable on the inside.Staff were very accommodating - particularly give our lack of Polish.The basement restaurant was a revelation! With great food (and fresh ingredients) being served

Not all rooms had air conditioning. Worth paying extra for. It is a busy pedestrianised street below, so some noise on forward facing rooms when the windows are openedLikewise not all rooms had tea/coffee making facilities. Also worth paying extra for.

The Hotel Centrum Sosnowiec has excellent localization, luxuries rooms and the most friendly helpful and professional staff.That was absolutely pleasurable stay. We would be definitely back again. Thank you very much.
