Location, cleanliness and staff at reception

Extremely limited veg options at breakfast.

Other than the pool there were no facilities such as restaurant or bar.

Comfortable room in a modern hotel. Good breakfast.

Wifi was not good enough.

Location, clean, large room, great view of temple, amenities, great breakfast, staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Bed was a little too hard

Prime location to walk about and nice access with plenty parking.

Bed was moderately comfortable and the time of year allowed area smoke and other odors to fill bottom floor because Thai’s open doors for atmosphere to enter, including mosquitos ?

Stayed in Room 707. It was clean, had all the basic amenities and an in-room safe. Queen sized bed was comfortable. In-room slippers and bathrobe provided. Great location and a 5 minutes walk to the famous Chiang Rai Clock Tower. Despite the room facing a main road it was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Outside the hotel there were more than enough convenience shops (7-11, etc) and local food shops and cafe. Easy walking distance to of about 7-10 minutes to the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar.

Perhaps the hotel requires a fresh coat of paint externally. In Room would say that the Room needs a refresh. It is functional now but could use some additional tender loving care.

Clean and comfortable. Free and plentiful parking! Included free breakfast buffet was surprisingly good with a large variety of dishes and drinks. Value for money is ridiculously good! I'd stay here again with no hesitation

Rained the whole time I was there so I didn't manage to use the pool. Pool looked nice though.

The breakfast was ok. Location is central.

Poor ventilation and no opening windows in the rooms, thus the damp smell that is hard to stand (in the shadow side of the building). The staff suggested us to use aroma spray to deal with it.Furthermore, hotel hosts big touristic groups from Asian countries but it is not built with any sound proof system. Also, the staff does not bother at all if those tourists drink and shout in their rooms late until midnight.Had to move to a different hotel as it was unbearable staying there.

Central to everything, clean and staff very friendly, breakfast had a great variety of foods to accommodate everyone.

Comfortable bed with USB outlets available right over the nightstand, compared to other hotels with inconveniently located outlets requiring an adapter. Spacious bathroom with typical amenities; hot water with stable, good pressure available. Lots of counter space. Fantastic breakfast buffet spread with hot and cold options available starting at 0600. Check-in and check-out process efficient and explained well.

Helpful staff, super comfy bed and pillows, tasty breakfast,great location. The restaurant next door is a bit pricey but taste good and they give a discount if you stay at the hotel

Breakfast buffet catered to a western tourists but the coffee was terrible and lacked fresh fruit like mangoes, pomelo and oranges

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, we were able to walk to almost everything.It was nice that while we were checking out the staff found a few items we had forgotten.

Breakfast was cold every morning. Not sure why, they have warming trays but they aren't turned on. The food was good so it was a real shame that it was cold.

The interior looks new and modern

The sound of the refrigerator is really loud which disrupts me from sleeping, it was really cold even without aircon on so i asked for extra blanket and they charged me 200 baht extra. i was about to go to sleep when the phone rang loudly, they called to tell me that 200 baht was per night, asking if i would like extra blankets for the other nights too. i told them i'll decide later in the morning. i did not request extra blankets for the rest of the nights. when we checked out, they tried to charge me 600 baht for 3 nights blankets.. i also asked for more drinking water, which they reluctantly gave and said maximum will be 2 more bottles per room. there was a baby lizard near the kettle in our room too.

Good Location and parking. Room very clean, comfortable and spacious, Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful. Plenty of food and stores close by. Nice location close to clock tower for navigation.Pool and toilets very clean.

We found that the sugar already been open but still in room maybe they are rush to prepare room for us.Not sure what the soap in the shower was, but it did not really smell or wash like soap. Shampoo appeared same product, could be improved.Very minor gripes about a lovely stay.

I spent one night on Dec. 15 and another one on Dec. 18. The location is fantastic and it's very clean. Ah, and they have a really nice swimming pool.

I spent one night on Dec. 15 and all was great, the staff friendly. On my second stay Dec. 18, I had reserved 2 rooms... it took them 10 minutes to find my booking... and although it was the same staff, they were less friendly. I think the price is a bit too expensive because the rooms are very clean but blank...
