Very friendly check-in. Good and secure off street parking. Nice little pool. Nice view over suburbia from balcony. I would have loved this place without other guests inconsideration

Shower in the bath with no anti slip mat. No sound proofing. You can hear A/C, toilet flushing, shower and door slamming from neighbouring rooms. No safe. Need transport to get into town

Location, amenities and friendly staff

Very nice hotel, beautiful garden. Very good breakfast.Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

On Sunday the breakfast is less fancy.It is about 150 baht tuktuk ride to and from the center of town.

The pool & property was beautiful and clean. The towel art of elephants was super cute too. The staff was really sweet and helpful, they didn't speak much English but went out of their way to help us out. Peanut butter for breakfast was out of this world; so were the jams.

As a vegan / vegetarian, we had limited options available. They did say if we had informed sooner we could have had more dishes, but we were so happy with the peanut butter & jam that we didn't mind eating that for day 2 as well :D

This place was so nice and tranquil to stay at. Lovely rooms, the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were as happy as could be. The restuarant made some incredibly delicious food too - some of the best weve had in thailand. 100% this place deserves more bookings!

It’s been our Chiang Rai home for many times now and always pleased.Good breakfast clean room very friendly stuff,comfy beds.Swimmingpool clean.We’ll coming back .

Well as the weather was such bad during burning hot seasons would be something for a closed breakfast room.Bathroom are outdated a bit moldy but that’s everywhere in Thailand.

Pretty much everything, staff were great, loved the reception being outdoors, just looked right! The place looked amazing and the room was nice

My key card was a pain, kept messing up a lot! The location is okay but not bang on, either 20/25 minute walk into the bars and restaurants or get a Grab/taxi which is obviously very cheap

AC was loud all night , as well as the next-door guests who got in at 3am, making banging noises and chatting outside on the lanai, every nite. Breakfast was limited. Cafe staff was very young and inexperienced and it showed!The shower was in a tub that was well over 2 feet high and hard to climb9 in and out of.

Hotel was within walking distance to the clock tower maybe 20 minutes. Staff were really nice except those at breakfast. Room was nice and big. Wasn't sure why there was only 1 bedside table as there was plenty of room for another. So had to use the chair. Windows to the balcony were so clean that my husband never notice they were closed and walked into them at least 3 times. Maybe put some sort of strip across them? Everything was good except the breakfast which let's it down

Couldve got a 10 except the Breakfast wasn't great. Not much of a choice. If they were running low on anything it pretty much stayed that way. The 2 plates of fruit never looked fresh. The staff were so miserable looking aswell and definitely not approachable.

Lots of parking. Staff was good.

The AC in unit A7 was very noisy. The tub shower was very high to get in and out of. Noise from the room next door at 3am every night. We checked out a day early.

Parking, reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Room fridge working, beds a little go hard, breakfast was poor, breakfast staff not helpful when food is empty. Curtains to light and did not block out the outdoor lights, air conditioner was loud.

Room is so large and charming design. Bed is large.

Location may not easy to find.

The staff were friendly and helpful, we had a leaky toilet and they sorted it out quickly. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Didn’t spend much time at the pool but was clean.

Breakfast wasn’t great at all, small buffet one day and then had to choice of rice and pad Thai. AC sounded like a plane engine and the fridge also made some loud noises. It said they offer a free shuttle to the night bazaar but you had to pay for this but wasn’t running the nights we were there.

If the one bed room that the bed can be a bit bigger like 6 feet that would be great. Room is small but fit the price ,overall, it is really good value for the price.

Beautiful little piece of paradise just outside the city. Feels like your in a forest out of town. Lovely staff, comfortable rooms, air conditioning was quiet.

Really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is beautifully presented and we were able to upgrade to a poolside room which was great! Breakfast was very nice and plenty of parking. We only had two nights in Chiang Rai and would happily stay here again! Very easy to get to following the GPS

The resort was beautiful ?. The staff was excellent and friendly.

Make sure to travel with a universal adapter plug since the room does not have a USB plug for charging phones.

There was a festival happening during our stay at a location some distance from the hotel, but the music coming from the venue was disturbing loud from about 9 pm to midnight. (We tended to go to bed about 10 pm) NOT THE HOTELS FAULT - OF COURSE! Nothing they can do, just something to be aware of.
