Modern, clean, cold Ac, and friendly staff

Comfortable and spacious room, nice facilities. Enjoyed having fitness facilities to run in, as running paths aren't common in Chiang Rai

About a 10 min walk to town. Not an issue for me, but something to note.The pool was cold which was shame as mid afternoon would have been a perfect time to swim.

Very nice hotel, relax and cozy. Location is good. 7-Eleven, restaurants, cafe, temples are nearby — very convenient.

Breakfast was good. Nice options to choose from!

Our shower temperature was room temperature. A little too cold for me but we only stayed two nights so it wasn't too bad to make a big deal of.

This is a little oasis in the city. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, breakfast buffet fantastic and such a cute place. Really helpful staff and easy location to use Grab drivers. I would absolutely stay here again.

The two cafes connected to the lobby area were a nice touch, but the selection was limited. The pool was colder than the other hotels we stayed in in Thailand. The overall price was great. We walked into town often for meals.

Very well run hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely pool even through the water was a bit cold. Off street parking was a bonus. Breakfast has all the usual favourites. Best coffee from the in-house coffee shop.

Great location close enough to walk into the centre without being right in the centre. staff were friendly and professional the rooms were a very good size and keep very clean. The pool was a good length if you like to swim.

Bathroom smelled a bit like sewage (room 212).The hallway could've been brighter, think the bulb needed changing?The bed was very soft, would prefer a harder bed.

Expected it to serve alcohol as it had a swim up bar, cafe and restaurant. Surprised it did not sell any and an important service for us on holiday if the hotel has a pool. We also didn’t like the breakfast. The western cooked food was stone cold (fried eggs in particular). Limited choice for our taste.

Beautiful modern hotel with tasteful decor and a great pool. The rooms are very well designed with great architectural finishes. The whole property is meticulously clean with beautiful gardens and open spaces. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have had during our trip with an outstanding selection of local, Asian, and Western choices, all fresh and delicious. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are very helpful. The hotel is located about 10 mn by foot from the Night Bazaar in a quiet area. Overall, we highly recommend the Nai Ya and will definitely come back.

Hotel should consider not using plastic water bottles and instead allow guests to fill up their own bottles or provide water in glass containers in rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at Nai Ya Hotel in Chiang Rai! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds and serene fish ponds that create a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, though it would be even better if the food was kept hotter. The only minor downside was the shower height in the rooms, which was a bit too low. However, this didn’t take away from the overall amazing experience.Highly recommend Nai Ya Hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Chiang Rai! ?✨
