Booking in was easy and polite

The bathroom was like a death trap. Floor was shiny black tiles ( I cannot believe they were designed to be used in a bathroom) that i slipped on the minute i entered the bathroom. The shower is inside a Bath, the bath had a curves bottom which sent my wife sidewards resulting in a nasty fall when trying to shower. My wife is younger than 30 and is physically fit - the only safe way to shower on such slippy surfaces was to kneel in the bath and climb out of the bath very slowly and carefully. Then leave the bathroom to dry or face slipping on the tiled floor.

The bed was comfortable. We loved the hot water in the sink

The breakfast was ok but I wouldn’t have liked to have it more than we did.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard. Everything was white. And some items in our room were quite marked Location was quite good

The breakfast wasn't very good for Europeans. The staff were pleasant enough but not exactly hard working. No one greeted us when we arrived and the hotel, bizarrely, has no ramp up to the door. We had to hsul our heavy cases up steps! The pool was really dirty and all the outside areas needed attention

Perfect location with car parking provided. Good breakfast in the morning (they even provide Nutella, peanut butter, and yogurt, not common in Thailand! Much appreciated!!!). Comfortable bed, big rooms, and a wide balcony.

During the night the water was not warm enough to enjoy a bath or a relaxing shower. I suggest to improve the quality of water heaters. The room colours were honestly awful, not sure why the owner picked up colourful tones rather than keeping it simple. It gave us the feeling of a baby's room.

The location is in the city. It’s safe. The room is very big and clean.

I had a problem with TV then I called the receptionist. She told that she will come and check it. But she didn’t come and fix it.

The hotel has a perfect location just two blocks from the best beach in Da Nang, the staff was very friendly, they helped us with everything, we booked all the tours there and it was great.

Staff were friendly, place was clean, location was good for me but maybe not for those who don’t have a scooter/car to get around.

The pool was closed for the entire stay and looks like it has been closed for a while which was not advertised or advised before coming. Was quite disappointing as it advertises on Booking that there’s a pool so if I had known it was closed I would have booked elsewhere and no refund not even partial refund was given when I decided to go and stay elsewhere because of this. The hotel also has quite a sterile feel, wasn’t very relaxing holiday vibes.

Pool was closed

Very clean, large, modern, nice rooms.

Location is a little far from everything- walking to walking street And restaurants took 15-30 minutes. Hotel is large and very well looked after but sterile feeling- your not going there for the ambience. Staff was nice, however we rented this hotel for the pool and it was being cleaned for the 2 days we were there. Before you book ask if pool is usable. Overall pleasant stay.

I ate a yogurt with sour taste and got diarrhea.

The staff, cleanliness, quietness, location, view and hospitality.

The below were a bit hard and i recommend to provide toothbrush (we didn’t need it but it would be nicer)

Definitely with a 9 in the rating I expect more, the staff didn’t speak English at all, specially the reception desk staff was not very friendly. The breakfast was poor.

A bit old fashion facilities

The rooms were spacious, the shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. The balcony was nice to sit outside. The pool was great. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was plentiful. The staff were very friendly. Within walking distance to the markets.

The road in front was not very busy but seemed to be a speedway and in the evening. A lot of Roosters across the street. :)The staff were kind and gave us extra pillow to put in our head. ?

Comfortable, clean beds and rooms. Good undercover parking. Efficient staff.

Swimming pool was dirty. Everything was a bit cheap, but functional.

Big room. Service is good in the hotel.

Location in dark street without decent safe walkway. Bed is very soft and uncomfortable. Outdated bathroom. Noisy airco with outdated control unit. Room decoration and colours not well balanced, gave old impression. Breakfast is very basic. Not used swimming pool, too cold water.
