Room clean and breakfast good

Hard to find , Apple maps showed different location . Staff were cold I understand fully the language barrier and I used Google Translate to ask questions. On arrival after phoning that I was lost , was greeted with an out stretched hand and the words Passport.. no land of smiles and quiet stern. Also I had parked close to drop off door with a fully empty parking lot and lobby and was asked to move car now, I asked if I could unload luggage and was told 2 minutes, this was definitely the least friendly welcome I’ve had at a hotel. I have travelled quite a lot and even with language barrier now when someone is being pleasant.To top it off on check out was again no one in lobby was told to take a seat until the checked the room ? I asked why and was told to see if I had taken something or left something?? I advised again by Google Translate I found this to be unusual procedure..as they hard a copy of my card ?

Good location and comfortable,also it is quiet for private stay.There is the great breakfast.

Smell come out from drain pipe in bath room.

Amazing hotel.Amazing pool.Amazing staff.Room was very clean and large.Luckily they have eggs/omlette baker shef for breakfast otherwise we will go hungry.All menue( breakfast and dinner) is orientated for local and Chinese tourists.Nothing to eat for Europeans unless you like Chinese food.But there is massive shopping centre close by and European bistro with ood menue for us just before that centre,they serve steaks ,ribs,chicken filets,and so on.

Saw 3 rats around pool are.Also few big cockroaches but I know these pests are massive problem in tropics.Main thing is NO cockroaches insidd.keep doors closed ALL the time.Sure tons of mosquitoes bit us inside room.get Cirtronela or some essential oil to deter mosquitoes.No European dinner menue was main minus in rating.i would give 10 if they have food for us despite rats and cockroaches.

It's right next to shopping mall Central. Goos food court and restaurants choices nside the shopping mall.

The bed was SO hard that I woke up in the middle of the night with very sore backache. We had connecting rooms , one with double bed (super hard bed) and one room with two single beds. The single beds were normal , and I had to squeez into my child's bed to sleep the rest of the nights.

Clean & quiet. Short walk to great shopping & dining area.

Staff are all friendly, reception staff helped with organising tours and transport and were very patient. breakfast is fantastic, and the pool is a added bonus

Location I know it's near Central Plaza but nothing else, we booked for 4 nights and we needed a little more, if you have transport this would be perfect plenty of parking. I am a smoker and this is a non smoking hotel, they do have a tin shed in the car park, which I didn't mind, but I don't think it's a good look when people arrive. They have a lovely pool but no stairs and if you are elderly very hard to get in and out of.

Nicely renovated hotel, with friendly staff, nice area around the swimming pool. Even it was on the big road, next to Central, it was very private.

The breakfast was good, but with a tiny more eye for detail, it would be great. For example a more variety on the Thai menu, or some cheese.

Everything was delightful.

Location was a bit off.. unless you want a world class shopping mall experience (next door)
