Walking distance from bus station and restaurants Staff were great. Helped wrap an injury

The staff, especially the cleaning lady was very kind and helpful. Provided us with extra water, she change the towels every day. The location also quite good, about 10 minutes walk to the Night Bazaar, and in the middle between the White Temple ànd Blue Temple, 15 minutes walk to the Clock Tower. We did quite a lot of walking around.

The doors were very noisy, can hear people going in and out of the room as you need to slam the door for it to close properly. And the corridor a bit dark, other then that everything was good.

Really big rooms, very clean and very comfortable beds.

The elevator stopped working briefly and when it did work it was very loud just outside my room. The reception staff Rep spoke very little and seemed a bit disinterested. She smiled at check-out and that was the first time we saw her smile ?

Good basic hotel, we stayed 1 night to be close to airport so it was fine for us

Twin beds room was quite wide and clean, also equipped with a refrigeratorair, an air purifier and a sanitary alcohol dispenser.

View from a room window due to the houses and buildings are pretty close and not comfort to leave the window curtain during stay in own room.

Our stay here was completely ruined by housekeeping going through our belongings while we were out and the disappointing customer service which followed.On day 3 of our 4 night stay, we came back in the afternoon and noticed that our backpack had been moved. Upon closer inspection, we realised thatthe outer zips were open and the things inside including our document holder were also open. Luckily we checked and no valuables had been taken but we felt horrified that our possessions were rifled through and were anxious that something less obvious had been taken.Another concern was that we did have a few bank cards hidden and were worried that whoever had been through our stuff could have easily taken a picture of these to use at a later date. We therefore cancelled all of these and had to pay for new ones. From this point onward we did not feel comfortable both leaving the hotel room at the same time which ruined our last 2 days/nights in Chiang Rai.We went down to reception and explained that we could tell that our bag had been rummaged through and asked to see the CCTV footage. It showed that about 15 minutes after we went out that day, housekeeping went in and out of our room for 5 minutes despite not cleaning anything. The receptionist apologized and said that they would discuss it with us and management the next day which we later found out would be over a phone call, not an in person meeting, which we felt undermined the severity of the situation.The next morning, we went down to reception at 10am as agreed but as we were walking down, we saw the woman who went through our belongings working as if all was normal.

The noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in.The noise from the traffic because it is sat on a main busy road. Advertise with a balcony but it's small and stated on the doors do not go outside. Walls were paper thin. Could hear people.in two rooms down the corridor. They had a speaker calling out to the cleaners in the corridors.Only one chair in the room that had stains all over it. Could only get in and put of the lift with the room door key card and was only given one for two people so if one stayed in the room no electric could be used.You had to go out of the hotel from your room to go back into the hotel for breakfast or reception because the only access is via a lift on the outside of the property.The breakfast was limited. Toast or a small glass of cornflakes or eggs and watermelon.The place was more like an old warehouse. The room next to the breakfast was dirty and used as storage for mattresses. Stairs at the back had pigeon poo all over them.It needs a good clean and paint. The photos must have been taken when it was built because it is not like them on the outside now.The staff didn't speak much English and the one that did was miserable.It was a cheap stay for 2 nights otherwise I would have checked out after the first night.

Nice spread of breakfast which changes everyday. Hotel was clean and staff were professional and nice. I didnt want my room cleaned so the cleaning lady provided me bottles of water , coffee, towel separately which was very nice of them.Close to many attractions.

Breakfast was good, it was well located - we were less than 10 min walk from the saturday night market, 15min walk from the clock tower, 10 min walk from the bus station, very easy to walk around. Laundry shop available 5 min walk from the hotel, with a great service.

The wifi connection was very unstable and was always failing.The smell of food from breakfast was felt on the 4th floor.

Comfortable room, good breakfast and a great location to stay in for exploring Chiang Rai. The assistance and welcome from the reception staff was amazing - they helped me with booking bus tickets, printing, laundry and arranging a taxi to the airport. I would happily return.

WiFi was good, but sometimes it dropped off which was annoying. I am sure with the help of a technician that the signal can be boosted on the second floor.

- the breakfast was a let down, limited choices, but it's free so not that big of a problem problem

Lovely comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. The room had tea & coffee facilities. Night market / flower festival was just around the corner.

Property was a little out of the way from Night Bazzar & the main cafes & restaurants. Not a big deal as we had to rent a scooter in order to go see all the temples etc anyway. We did not enjoy the breakfast.
