Location and staff were friendly. Size of the rooms.

Dated... Wall paper peeling of the walls. Gym was dated. Pool area average. Just... Meh

Good location, the breakfast and friendly staff

The smell in the bathroom was horrible. It came from the drain. After two nights it was unbearable to even go inside the bathroom. Also the upper shower was broken.

The Location is pretty good.

Room was not well maintained. Hot water didn't work. Took a shower with cold water during my stay. Found an opened drink from the previous guest in the fridge. Breakfast at the restaurant was ok. The staff was friendly but the facilities were so bad.

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, my son loves it

Location was good, and the staff support (maintenance, housekeeping etc) made up the aging status of the hotel.

Wifi was bad, and the whole hotel had only one credit card payment gadget! I have a problem paying with my credit card (only in Sahid Jaya Solo!) and in the end, I have to use my debit card.

Good Location, Good Room, Good Staff, Good Breakfast.Have a good basement parking. there is a musholla, close to the mosque.Recommended good place to stay.

The location is in the middle of the city

The room facilities is very poor such as AC that was not properly cooling up to the TV that does not work

Hotel was clean and easy to drive ,everyone friendly

The hotel is good located in the city centre near the train station. The bed was very good and the breakfast too. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I don't get any wifi conection at all ,event inwas move from one room to another so in 2 days at the hotel i don't get wifi at all . Breakfast also ,because of peak season they so slowly to Refill the food . So many food empty just on 8 am

For 5 stars hotel, Breakfast was too simple. The hotel and room need a renovation.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. It is an Old property, not maintained. Dirty bed linen. Rooms have mosquitoes. My vest is brighter than the towels and bed linen.Sink has rust marks. The water is continuously leaking in the Commode, so it is a waste.The sink tap and shower tap are clogged so no neat spray. Both make huge sound upon opening.In the room the electric connections are dangerous, they are old and anything can happen anytime. A person can get electrocuted. Carpets in the corridor dirty and smelly. The water heater for making coffee is corroded and dirty. {photo under lobby is the inside of the water heater} No hygiene... Better to sleep on a train platform than Sahid Jaya. I Will never ever stay here again and request people to check other hotels.

I liked the included breakfast - very convenience and tasty variety of food. The location is close to my destinations.

Location was good, staffs were nice and quick to respond.

Old hotel. Furnitures and decorations is already old as well. Elevator was old so it doesn’t have a good sensor. My room floor was oily when we just got in, so we have to ask housekeeping to clean it again. My pillowsheet has yellowish stains, looks like it wasn’t replaced, but I was too tired to ask for the changes.
